  1. Brewer with the slam! That was much needed for the Wolves and Brewer. Both have been shooting atrociously. 8 points behind.
  2. Boy... The Hornets better step it up... It'd be disappointing not to see them make the playoffs..
  3. WOW. Learn to capitalize on the [expletive]ing poor offense and defense of the Nets. [expletive]. Nets: 8 blocks (5 Lopez) T'Wolves: 0 blocks
  4. Boy.. does this offense suck without Jefferson.. Lopez is just killing us, too.
  5. 90 points and it's still the 3rd quarter? Damn Heat!!! O'Neal, Beasley, Wade and Chalmers are playing well (at least by stats).
  6. Here's some history for you: The last 6 champions won game 1. The last 12 of 13 champions won game 1. This is why Ellsbury (spelling?) said "whoever wins game 1 will win the World Series".
  7. Sigh.. The Wolves are just... trying too hard with their shots.
  8. So, you're going to discredit what he did with the Chiefs, then?
  9. Yeah, and the Wild have been playing [expletive]ty this year. Any who... Ellington and Flynn are playing today. The typical Wolves are playing today.. Missing shots, not defending well and missing free-throws.
  10. 11 tackles and 1 sack in 3 weeks shouldn't kick him out of the Defensive Player of the Year race.
  11. It's too bad Griffin is out for 6 weeks. I would've loved to see how he would play against Bynum/Odom. Oh, and the score was closer than expected. 20-1.
  12. Can both teams lose today? Ugh, I don't like either team and they're both going to battle for the NW division title. Let's go voodoo doll!
  13. I wonder how the Hornets will do with Okafor at center. This will be a fun game to watch. Parker vs. Paul Okafor vs. Duncan I'm cheering for the Hornets.
  14. Flynn and Ellington have flu-like symptoms, so we don't know if they're playing tonight. Jefferson should be ready for tonight's game. http://www.nba.com/timberwolves/news/tuesday_practice_report_2009_10_27.html
  15. I see the Cavaliers winning by a very slim margin. It may come down to the last possession.
  16. Griffin may be out for 6 weeks with a broken kneecap (ouch! I've had kneecap problems before). http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4597949
  17. Hmm. I've been thinking about this, actually.. at least what to say.
  18. Honestly, the only thing I'm upset at is that we had chances to take the lead, but it didn't happen due to turnovers. Otherwise, at least the loss is out of the way (especially against a very good team, the defending Super Bowl champs). I just hope that the Vikings get everything back together so they can defeat the Packers at Lambeau. Oh, I've heard that Winfield might be out for a month. Great.
  19. It's sad that you don't understand what Peterson does that makes him such a successful running back. Sometimes teams have to win games without their best player doing much.
  20. Favre completed 34 of those passes for 334 yards. The Vikings had more yards and possession of the ball. The only issue was the turnovers in those crucial moments. One was a fumble by Favre (the Vikings allowed 4 sacks and 6 QB hits) and the other was an INT that came off the tipped fingers of C. Taylor. Favre was brought to the Vikings to manage games, win games and pass if Peterson is getting no where.
  21. Peterson's yard per carry was low, that's why.
