He has already pleaded guilty and is currently in the works of a plea bargain. At most he'll probably receive community service and/or probation, as well as a semi-long term suspension.

1. Kobe. No question. 2. Tough call, but I went with Yao. Dwight would have a tougher time scoring on Yao than Yao would when scoring on Dwight. 3. REALLY tough call, but I picked Duncan. Despite both being passed their primes, Duncan has held on to his talent better than Garnett. Garnett is declining much more.
