Not sure if they wanna revisited that scenario again. Kurt Rambis did not do that well when he was coaching as head coach for the Lakers but then again he never had that much experience when he started out.

Many people believe Lakers will hire Brian Shaw and just keep the triangle in place instead of hiring a new coach with a total new offense scheme.

I think Phil is telling the truth. There are rumors saying maybe he takes a year off then goes back to coach Miami but I don't believe it. What more does he have to prove?
