We dont want him for offense, all he needs to do is play defense and maybe hit a couple of shots. Sheed/House are really the only offensive players we have on our 2nd unit, so if he's a good defender, or at least decent, he'd help.

It really depends on whether or not we sign a wing, or if bill walker is ready. If neither happens, Pierce will end up at 35+ again.

With Hill out as an option for us, anyone would be great at this point, but Moon would be a good fit. He can shoot the 3, and i dont know much about his defense, but playing with KG will only make him better. No, i haven't seen him play(except vs. Boston on occasion), but getting Pierce and Ray extra rest would be worth it.

would be great, but i doubt we can afford him as we can offer ony 1.9 mill with the bi annual exception. If he takes that, then i'd love him on the C's.

Well, with That Marion trade going down, apparently Memphis will be buying out Jerry Stackhouse. It's likely he'll rturn to Dallas, BUT, i think we can possibly lure him here, to Boston. Grant Hill seems to not want a ring anymore, and Stackhouse gives us the same qualities as Hill would have.He can shoot, lay the 2 and 3, and gives us a scorer offthe bench to give Pierce/Ray more rest. I personally would love it if we signed him. The situation wuld be appealing as we have a much better shot at a ring than Dallas and the playin time would be ample. Thoughts?
