  1. And what's even more pathetic is that Sasha is getting minutes at this juncture of the game.
  2. I haven't watched enough of Colt McCoy to make a fair assessment. But as Ballorama said the task in front of McCoy is pretty simple, manage the game. He has the run game and one of the strongest offensive lines in the NFL so at this point in his career he just needs to make a strong impression on the coaching staff to retain the job next season. I'm a fan though just based on what I've seen of him in college, he's a leader and he throws the ball really accurately. Who says you have to have a strong arm to succeed in the NFL.
  3. Defense overall hasn't played that bad though despite giving up 56 first half points, Phoenix is just lights out from downtown.
  4. Pitt WR's are going down like flies. Looks like NE's defense showed up tonight, this group has it's nights. I can't understate the playcalling for the Pats today on offense. That opening drive for the second half was textbook.
  5. Welcome back Matt Bonner. The Spurs are really going under the radar, once again. Tony Parker is perhaps playing some of the best ball of his career in this young season, and when you can beat a team like the Thunder on the road without getting much contribution from Tim Duncan offensively, that speaks volumes.
  6. Only negative is the weather, it's always [expletive]ty in San Francisco. Always cloudy and rainy, atleast every time that I've visited. I agree. It has everything that a big city, like New York, has to offer, only difference is the warm weather on a year round basis. With all that said, I'm going to London this summer, and I know I'm going to fall in love it. The accents and women are to die for.
  7. LOL at those who think Andre Johnson is going to demand a trade. Let's not forget that he has been the face of this franchise for almost a decade now. I certainly think that their defensive woes have a lot to do with DeMeco Ryans' absence. He was not only their defensive captain but a play-maker. Through 9 games they are on the wrong side of the turnover ratio. Also has Dash said, the Texans have a really cheap front office, they should have signed Duante Robinson in the off-season who isn't a superstar db but he brought experience and play-making ability to the table. Defense is the major area of concern for the team, but that doesn't mean that the offense hasn't had it's share of problems. For starters I personally think Matt Schaub has underachieved which has alot to do with the Texans o-line. Through 9 games this season he has been sacked 21 times already compared to 25 last season.
  8. A couple wins here and there, and Kyle Orton would be in the running for MVP. I knew he was going to be good just based on his last season with Chicago, but he has progressed far more than I expected. And how about Brandon Lloyd, the Niners, Skins, and Bears passed on him and now he's playing like a Pro Bowl wideout.
  9. I still think the Rams are going to win the division. Cool little winning streak for the Niners, but they are going to get their [expletive] kicked next week.
  10. Hopefully Chad Pennington is healthy next week, I'm sick of Brandon Marshall putting up duds with Henne. Heck even Thigpen is a better play.
  11. Eli Manning is so damn inconsistent. There are games where he looks like an elite QB, and then there are games like this where he makes bonehead mistakes. I don't know what to make of the Giants.
  12. Wtf are you guys talking about? Andre Johnson isn't going anywhere.
  13. Sanchez and Holmes have connected for a gamewinning td twice in the last three weeks I think, and it has been on the same route.
  14. Chiefs are overrated, Kyle Orton is tearing apart that secondary.
  15. LMAO, he should have batted the ball to the floor.
  16. Rashard [expletive]ing Jones, get to know him.
  17. What a clutch drive by McCoy, very impressive.
  18. Love what I'm seeing out of Thigpen. That's how you throw the ball Henne, you bum.
  19. I expect him to start next week, regardless of how well Henne plays the rest of this game.
  20. Chad Henne is so frustrating to watch. Brandon Marshall's anger is warranted.
  21. Just a heads up we have a ff discussion thread. http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/topic/17684-general-fantasy-football-talk/page__pid__202761__st__80#entry202761 As for your question I would start Mike Wallace, he has been really dominant since Big Ben has returned. He's pretty much quaranteed to break off a big play every game. Thomas Jones is too unpredictable, the Chiefs seem to be relying on Jamal Charles alot more as the season progresses.
  22. Damn New Orleans is for real, Okefor/West frontcourt has done some serious damage this season and Belinelli has been a surprise. Blazer fans should be concerned about Brandon Roy's health. This team just can't stay healthy.
  23. Love the way Rudy Gay's game has developed, some clutch shots to send the game into OT.
