If you want to gain weight? (muscle I guess) Then you want to lift heavier weights, so you should aim for a high weight with 6-10 times maybe like 10-8-6, if you can get ,more reps go for it. If you are looking to burn fat and tone up you want to start light and go something like 15-12-10-8, both of these exerciser should kick your ass if you're lifting the proper weight.

The Beta is pretty incredible, the weapons actually work in this game, and graphically the game has improved dramatically. I can't believe how much they have improved the game.

Why would that have been funny? I would still do the Melo deal, you never know what happens, if he stays in Denver or goes to the Nets, we had to do that. That being said, if we got Melo through FA we cannot keep Chandler and Billups is an upgrade over Felton. So the only difference is we get to keep Gallo which would have been nice, but hey that's the price you pay to be sure.
