I compared their per 36 minute averages (Bosh 9.1) (Amar'e 9.4) Your missing the point of my comparison, I'm explaing why Paul/Melo would work as opposed to LeBron/Wade, Paul and Deron Williams one the same team sounds cool but if you think about it it's not a great idea. LeBron/Wade is the same thing, both sound great but in the end they will both need the ball to make plays and only 1 guy can do that. I just think NY's system will work better.

I agree I think Amar'e if a horrific rebounder too but so is Bosh he averages 9 rebounds a game over his career, 1 season doesn't make him a good rebounder. Yes Wade and LeBron are great passers, but they are also both better scorers when they control the ball, neither are as effective as they are off the ball. Melo as well is better when he has the ball but he has also proven he can be efficent off the ball.

It's one season, career wise Amar'e is still better, either way they both suck at rebounding so it pointless to use it in a debate. I never said Bosh couldn't do to those things, I was comparing Melo/Paul/Mar'e to Bron/Wade

I disagree I don't think the 2nd quote makes him look bad at all, the thing is he is NOT a superstar. Therefore, he was an all star trying to carry a team. Look at the quote again btw he doesn't blame the city, he just says he cried because he could not carry the team, it was too hard.

Hold up...Bosh is better rebounder than Amar'e? I know Amar'e sucks at rebounding but so does Bosh, infact they both average 2.7 ORB a game, so let's call that a wash. Thing is there is only one ball. Wade and Bron are two iso players who need the ball to be sucessful, Melo can catch and shoot and post up, Amar'e as well can catch and shoot and post, both would be deadly off the PnR with a passer like Chris Paul. Give me NY because Paul is better passer and playmaker for his teamates than Wade.

I disagree, simply because I feel Al Jefferson is a better player to have down low than Boozer. If the Jazz didn't have Mehmet Okur at C Boozer would have been a tough loss for them however I think Jeffersons prescense down low is going to be huge for them.

Well his per 36 averages last year has him at 18.5 and 10 and considering hes going to a similar offense I think it's possible. However, you are right, he does have to shoot better for a big man.

Shonn Green isn't proven at RB, LT is not a top RB anymore so I wouldn't say they are set at RB They have an aging D-Line Their safeties are lack luster Dustin Keller is starting to become a bit of a disappointment That's not to mention their huge glaring weakness at QB, Sanchez is going to have a + for them to win big games Jets have a lot of question marks IMO, I'm not saying they are a bad team either, they are one of my favs but their young players aren't proven enough to be able to call this team a top 5 team.

No way the Jets are #2 I love how the Jets went from being a fluke playoff team to now one of the top teams in the NFL, are we forgetting this team was 4-6 last year and probably would have missed the playoffs had the Colts played their starters? I think Randolph is = to Varejao or Hickson tbh, Hickson and Varejao are much better than Randolph defensively but Randolph could be very well be 20 and 10 this year. If Turiaf starts than Cavs are = or > to the Knicks at C but then again if don't start that really strengthens out bench. BTW The only reason I had Hollins at center is because TNB said he was going to start.

Mo is nice as a 3 pt shooter in LeIso, but outside of having a top 3 player in the league creating shots for him he has an average PG. Felton is a nice pass first PG who is adding a 3 pt shot to his game. SG - Parker Vs Chandler - Chandler. At this point in his career Parker is an above average defender with little to no offense. Chander is an average defender with above average scoring ability. SF - Gallinari Vs Moon - Gallinari. Becoming one of the best 3 pt shooters in the league comparing him to moon is a joke. PF - Stoudamire Vs Jamison - Stoudamire. Jamison will be 34 entering this year and I think we all saw him falling of his game last year, comparing him to Amar'e is laughable to me at this point. C - Randloph Vs Hollins - Ranolph. Who is Hollins? Bench - Sessions - Gibson - Hickson - Powe - Varejao Vs Douglas - Azibuike - Walker - Turiaf - Cavs. No real stand outs, both have serviceable players, Cavs are a little deeper, but FA still isn't over. So, as a Knicks fan, I think the Knicks out class the Cavs in just about every position, and the positions we don't we are just as good as you. The Cavs are a little deeper but the Knicks starting 5 is far better. Please respond, want to see how the Cavs are better.
