  1. Well, I think Michelle would lose in the election if she ended up winning the GOP. I think she would definitely lose, mainly because she's a woman, and I think that factors into voters minds. Also, she wants to get rid of all porn. However, anything, even Bush, is better than what we have right now.
  2. Nice. I think we have ten teams now, which is the bare minimum I would run a league with. I'll try and get two more people.
  3. No, it will be after that. I'm trying to get more people. Think around the beginning of September if this league even happens.
  4. I'll take Aaron Hernandez. I hate fish. That was the ONE player I wanted this whole draft.
  5. Mother [expletive]er! I thought Rob Gronkowski hadn't been picked yet, and of course it's fish that stole him from me. Damn!!!!!!!!!!!! He will be the steal of the draft without a doubt. [expletive], He's just tearing shit up in camp, and ewkmsgekgsr=gwdgsgwgsd. I don't know what else to say. You SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. The 49er's need to learn how to block. This is going to be a long season if they don't.
  7. Good thing only two starters on defense played you moron. Anyways, here's what I took away from tonight's game. -Darius Butler was [expletive]ing awful -Merriweather sucked -Riddley was impressive -Price will be a big factor this year -Mallet has an arm I haven't seen in a long time Also, I hate the new kickoff rule. It really takes away from the special teams.
  8. It's time for the domination to begin. This will be the start of a historic season for the New England Patriots, and the NFL as well. They have a much easier schedule than last year, and have only gotten better. The reports about Nate Solder are just awesome. It's been said that he'd dominating (yes, I know it's training camp), but he also has a mean streak like Mankins. The Patriots have the potential to have a DOMINANT offensive-line for years to come if they can keep Volmer. Solder-Mankins-Koppen (maybe draft a center)-Cannon-Volmer It may be hard to keep Volmer as many teams would love to have him as a starting LT, but hopefully the Patriots can keep him. Cannon is absolutely huge, the second largest player in Patriots history, and the reports about his footwork as great to hear. However, he had cancer recently, so maybe they keep him out this season, but he looks to be very promising. Brandon Merriweather needs to learn to play in position this season, and keep his cool, and not tackle his own teammates. I'm excited about the potential of the new defense, but I am also excited about the offense. I really hope the offense can dominate again. They signed a lot of defensive-linemen, so they will be battling as hard as they can to secure a job. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
  9. Make some more gameday threads........this is the only one. Anyways, I won't be posting in them. I will be at the Patriots and Jaguars game.
  10. Warren, do you mind predicting Obama doesn't win re-election?
  11. I would rather have it towards the end of Augest. I'm thinking more around Augest 25th or something like that, and early September if need be. This way, it will give time for more people to sign-up, work out their conflicts if they have any, and give people a taste of the pre-season to see what some players look like.
  12. http://www.nfl.com/trainingcamp/story/09000d5d82159e09/article/packs-matthews-reveals-he-played-half-of-10-with-broken-leg?module=HP11_headline_stack It's only a matter of time before my prediction comes true for this one. You're not playing the way he did with a broken leg without being on some HGH.
  13. And, the S&P has very little credibility to begin with, which many economists on both sides of the political spectrum tend to agree with. Standard & Poor has too much of an impact for the size of their company. The evaluate the economies of over 100 countries, with approximately.......100 employed economists. That is just pathetic, and they are ill-equipped to be coming to the conclusions that they have been. They sure di a good job of predicting the trouble in Greece. . (Not saying you support them)
  14. Patriots go 19-0, and if not, it's because they lose to GB in the Super Bowl. Packers go at worst, 13-3, baring injury to Rodgers. 49er's win the NFC West, as they no longer have Jimmy Raye and Mike Singletary. This is the year where Alex Smith finally breaks out. If you say it enough times, it will come true. The New Orleans Saints do not make the playoffs. Tom Brady wins his third, and second consecutive NFL MVP award. Clay Matthews will be on pace for 18 sacks during week seven, and then gets suspended for HGH. Rob Gronkowski leads all AFC TE's in TD receptions this year. (You can take this one to the bank)
  15. You have a decent team, but Mathews is in trouble this year. He's hurt, and the Chargers are going to a two-back system. No to mention his conditioning absolutely sucks right now. I wanted him last year, but he's losing value fast.
  16. I'm not big on the Hicks and Hillis picks, and I didn't even notice the Gates pick before. My comment was more of a retaliatory comment than anything, but there are a few reasons not to like the picks, just like there are reasons not to like mine. I'm banking on some sleepers. I don't like Nicks that high because the Giants have two other very good WR's (if Smith comes back), and that will certainly take away some yards, receptions, and TD's. I am not sold on Hillis at all. I just plain don't see the skill there. I'm surprised at Gates going that high, unless you were picking him because you plan on using two TE's on your roster at the same time. I think he's on the downswing.
  17. I suggest you view your first five picks, and arguably seven picks before telling people they're picking defenses too early.
  18. Yes, and there are multiple reasons. The piss poor spending is what has led to lack of stability. Not to mention, the Standard And Poor should not be able to give a credit rating to the U.S. that means so much. They have very little credibility to begin with.
  19. http://money.cnn.com/2011/08/08/markets/markets_newyork/index.htm/?hpt=hp_t1 Keep spending more than we have! -_- .
