  1. He sucks anyways, so it doesn't matter. He's an Adam Morrison-lite.
  2. I know what you are saying, but it's dumb, it really is. It's the same thing when people say such and such is the most talented player ever, but didn't have the smarts. Well, smarts are the biggest part of the game. It's the same thing with T-Mac. He's a great talent unlike his cousin, but he never put it together the way he should. Honestly, I only made that post because Nitro started this thread.
  3. Too bad it didn't. You can't just magically add skills to a player. Awareness, clutch ability, focus, work ethic, ect. are all extremely important attributes, and you can't magically say "if T-Mac had those attributes". . Are you kidding me? Damn, no wonder you were defending him. You're a Rockets fan, so I'm not surprised.
  4. I haven't played this game too much yet, but I suck at it. I just feel like there's too many moves you need to know for each character.
  5. You've come to "realize" it because you have two of the biggest floppers in the league. http://instntrply.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/boshflop.gif
  6. If Shaq could run a 4.2 forty yard dash, shoot three's like Ray Allen, handle the ball like A.I., and pass like Nash, he'd probably be the G.O.A.T.
  7. Wow!!!!! He scored 41 points in a pre-season game! Too bad he didn't have Pippen and company carrying his ass or maybe he'd have dropped 50 points. .
  8. Go to around 7:25. Hanson slashed him on the back of the leg, and after he scores you can see him talking shit to Krejci. Even Eddie and Doc mentioned it last night.
  9. How's he a tool? He blew a kiss....big deal.
  10. - Yes, that was a poor play by Peverly, and I'm not praising it. - You are completely and uttterly wrong about Shawn Thornton, and I'd bet any amount of money that the VAST majority of the NHL would disagree with you. He's not a "goon" at all, actually has skills (though they may be minimal), and plays by the "code". So, your Shawn Thornton comment is so far off base it's ridiculous. -Yes, I agree with you about Lucic and Recchi...somewhat. Lappierre taunted Bergeron last game, and Bergeron is one of the most respected players in the league, and his teammates aren't going to take that shit. And, Claude Julien condemned those actions after that game, unlike your coach who said the hit on Horton was fine. -Chara doesn't run people from behind, so you're wrong there. However, I will agree with you on him taking cheap shots in scrums. He does do it somewhat often. -Tim Thomas's check was 100% legal and within the rules, so go find a rulebook if you disagree. How did the Canucks score their only goal last night? I could have sworn Krejci was down on the ice for some reason, yet he didn't lay there like a bitch. There, a completely unbiased post for you to cry about.
  11. That's just pathetic defense. Smush Parker could have dropped 70+ that game.
  12. I'm getting angrier and angrier now that it's really sinking in that Horton is out for the playoffs. FUUCCCCK!!!!! The Bruins always give their player of the game this jacket, and last night it went to Nathan Horton. The Bruins had plenty of motivation before that hit, but seeing this will just motivate them even more. I'm going to try and not get into the retribution crap in this thread. Not to mention, the Canucks diving and faking antics are a disgrace to the NHL, and even Versus was picking up on their garbage last night, especially the Sedins and their terrible acting. It's becoming downright pathetic. Now, I would agree that Lucic's punch to Burrows was a little dirty last night, and have no problem saying that about him, but the Canucks really need to man the [expletive] up and stop acting on every play. It's pathetic.
  13. The part about the Patriots is because I am going to be arrogant and cocky about them this season, something I have never been with them. Also, Nathan Horton is out for the rest of the playoffs, which absolutely [expletive]ing sucks. It just means that Tyler Seguin will have to step up and play like he did in game 2 versus the Lightning.
  14. I'm not going to argue about this too much, but the Canucks were completely outplayed in game 2 except for a ten minute portion of the game in the 3rd period when the Canucks tied it 2-2. You may want to watch the game again because you clearly didn't watch the game. However, game one is a different story, where the Canucks had the much better scoring opportunities. However, the Canucks have had the far superior scoring chances, and that is not in question. If I were you, I would be confident with the Canucks team, but I wouldn't be nearly as cocky as you, and the majority of the Canucks fanbase are.
  15. I know what you are say, I really do. However, he didn't have his head down looking at the ice. Was it a the worst hit I've seen, or anything close to it? No, but it was late, and was a stupid play. I just disagree that Horton was admiring his pass, but we'll have to agree to disagree on that. I'll have to watch the hit a few more times, but after I do, I'll post my finals thoughts on it in here. I haven't finished watching the game as I have it on DVR because I was on a plane during the game, but I do know there are four goals waiting for me in the 3rd period......
  16. Are you blind? I'm not going to overreact to the hit on Horton, but he wasn't admiring his pass. He passed the puck and was looking for it back. That's not admiring your pass. And, once again, iBoldin blends in with the majority of Canucks fan. You're extremely cocky when the Canucks have won two games by one goal each, both on unfortunate plays. However, the end result is all that matters, and the Canucks are up in the series. The Bruins have outplayed them the majority of this series, so I have no clue what series Owen has been watching.
  17. I always think one of you Toronto guys are Penguins fans. I know you were offended last time I said the same thing. . I'm just hoping the Bruins win the cup, and then get an elite player with the wonderful 9th overall pick this year......from Toronto.
  18. And people wonder why I say Wade is a little bitch. He's always acting, trying to draw garbage calls, and sits in a wheelchair for weeks.
  19. Why do you want low fat foods? You don't want that. If you're still trying to bulk, you should be getting 1-1.5g/lbm of protein, and about .7g/lb of fats. After you meet those, you can fill the rest in with whatever you want. You should be eating a lot of skinless, boneless chicken, tuna, steaks, and other high protein foods. For fats, many people like peanut butter, and it's a good fat as well. Here's a good workout plan that I have started. You can also visit bodybuilding.com, but make sure you read a lot of the stickies because there's a lot of clueless people there as well, but there are also a lot of very smart people. http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-feature-layne-norton-training-series-full-powerhypertrophy-routine-updated-2011.html
  20. I listened to both of the Canucks songs yesterday, and thought the Bruno Mars one was very well done, but the other one was pretty poor. However, I can't believe I watched the whole video of the Bruins one. . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPgxF8kOE_0&feature=player_embedded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lr8HKU1U3RM&feature=player_embedded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqTzTiEKeM4&feature=player_embedded
  21. Aren't you a Leafs fan? Or, are you a Penguins fan? I forget which one of you Raptors fans are a Penguins fan.
  22. Good luck with LeBron and Wade getting every call to go their way. The NBA is becoming a joke with how much shit they give to those two.
  23. You're not a Canucks fan, are you? Or did you ditch the Leafs after they were fleeced?
  24. I thought it was obvious that Tim Thomas played a great game. Yes, the Canucks game out firing at the beginning of the game, and yes, they probably generated the most quality scoring chances. However, with that said, it was a 1-0 game that the Bruins could have just as easily won I really hope the Bruins win this series obviously because not only will it mean another Championship in Boston, it will mean that Canucks fans can get what they deserve.
  25. The results were not there on the PP for the Bruins, but their PP looked much, much, much better than it has throughout the playoffs, so you can imagine how poor it has been. If the Canucks are in another class than Boston, they shouldn't have only scored one goal in the game, on a terrible pinch by Boychuck. The Canucks had the best scoring opportunities and outplayed the Bruins last night and deserved to win, but it was only a 1-0 game, and if Mark Recchi could have buried his shot, you probably have a 1-0 Bruins win. Canucks fans are by far the most cocky fans in the NHL, and I'm not just saying that because they are in the finals. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Canucks win this series with relative ease, nor would I be surprised to see the Bruins win. And, regarding the bite, I don't really care one way or another, but it's a pretty dumb thing to do, and I don't get how people are saying Bergeron should have expected to get his finger bitten. Face washes happen all the time, but biting fingers don't. The bigger disgrace is that of Henrik Sedin and his acting. I don't know if last night's dive or the one against Chicago was worse. I forget which Sedin it was against Chicago though. I have no complaints on the Hamhuis hit as well. It was a great hit, and I have no complaints about it at all. Anyways, I hope the Bruins come out flying for the entire game on Saturday and win. They have the talent to, and they need to!
