NCAAB Tourney: Who will win it? Who do you want to win it?
Kobe24 replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in General NCAA Discussion
I want UNI to win it... but that wont happen soooo I think it will be Syracuse -
Hope Kobe can get out of this shooting slump and heal up a bit. I expect 30+ from him tomorrow night!

You guys gotta get past the Jazz or Mavs to WCF first
-
Haha what a shocker. We all agree on the same teams. Now the Bobcats just gotta get into the playoffs.
-
Yeah I know.. they have their little cultural thing against dual citizenship I guess. Who cares, its not 100% she'll be tall and good at basketball anyway. For all we know she'll be the most uncoordinated kid in the world.

I'm signed in. This should be fun but I suck at predicting lol

I really dont think he will be there next year. (title is linked to full article)

Not too surprised they are making a big deal out of this.. (btw the title is linked to the full article)

My favorite one was when it was showing both of them with 5 yard head start and then the other guy just rockets past them. haha awesome

If Twolves get the 1st pick
Kobe24 replied to moeroadkill's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
I would agree that you draft Wall. No other player has more potential and you cant go against that. I would also keep Rubio because he has a lot of upside to him too (hopefully, I want another good international player in the NBA). -
Who do you guys think is the most likely bottom 4 seed to make some noise in the playoffs. (#5-8) West: I would have to say the Thunder. Any team they go up against will have trouble containing Westbrook and Durant. Portland could be the other team but I think they just have too many injuries. East: Definitely Charlotte if they can get in, but right now they are 9th so I would have to say the Heat. Plainly based off Wade just taking over in a series.

Lol that went so far off topic..

You really cant pick a number thats never been used before... but this number change is pointless. He just hates the fact that he cant be better than Jordan.

I was just reading the recap from nba.com and this was kind of interesting. "LOS ANGELES (NBA.com exclusive) -- After road games following the All-Star break, Ron Artest found himself awake until 3 a.m. Artest was up jogging in the hotel gym, trying to shed a few pounds. Couple his late-night routine with his weight-loss regimen of not eating past 9 p.m., Artest has re-sculpted himself. The results have shown in not only his play, but also the Lakers, who despite a slow first half cruised past the Pacers 122-99 Tuesday at Staples Center. "I sensed that everyone was making so many trades, and we didn't make any trades [this season]," said Artest, who is now 255 pounds down from 268. "So, I wanted to make sure I was a whole new person after the trade. Kind of like a new trade. [Getting] Ron Artest twice, hell of a deal." There's no coincidence that the Lakers (46-15) have upped their play recently with quality wins over the Celtics and Nuggets. The common thread -- Artest's ability to shut down the opposing team's best player. Artest held Denver's Carmelo Anthony to 7-for-19 shooting and eight turnovers. He closed out Boston's Paul Pierce to 11 points. Against Indiana, Artest held Danny Granger, who came in averaging 23 points, to nine on 2-for-9 shooting. "I want to make it really difficult for anyone to score at all," said Artest, who had 11 points and five steals, all in the third quarter. "I feel like I'm getting in a rhythm defensively. I'm feeling very comfortable. Added Kobe Bryant, who finished with a game-high 24 points: "He puts guys in a straight jacket." It really shows that his defense has improved and he knows what his role is on this team.

The Nets will do anything for you to come to their games
Kobe24 replied to The Regime's topic in Brooklyn Nets Team Forum
Eh you cant really expect to sell tickets if you basically forfeit your season lol -
I'll say its one for now but come playoff time there might be two with Orlando right behind them. I mean you cant argue that fact that they almost swept the Cavs last year so there has to be something there. We will see how much difference the loss of Turkoglu makes.

Sources: Celtics Interested In Finley
Kobe24 replied to The Regime's topic in Boston Celtics Team Forum
I agree with Ben, seems like every player that is a has been that gets on the free agency the Celtics get after him. They can have him! -
^Thats okay because who knows if we'll even meet the Cavs in the finals

3-2-10 Ours isn't split into divisions. Our team hasnt been very good though. We lost our first game against a team that was just much better than us and we didnt play to our potential. We lost by like 40. Then we played this past Sunday against a team that has two guys who could like be starters in college. One of them didnt play very well cause he had jammed fingers, but the other guy (Mike Henderson) played for the University of Iowa and now has a contract to play in the Netherlands. We were kind of complaining cause professionals are not suppose to play in the Y-league but he just tore us up. We lost that game by like 3 at the end. This week has kind of sucked with school. I had three tests on Friday and now I have one tomorrow, Thursday, and next Monday. Hate how teachers like to pile on so much work right before Spring break. Oh well.

Phil did say he wanted to get a nice streak going and everyone playing 100% around this time of year. We should start seeing more of those soon.
-
hahahaha this is hilarious
-
^Eh they played lakers during the day..
-
Lebron likes to play the Knicks so he will probably have the stat sheet filled. With that said, GO KNICKS!
-
I think this will be a really good game. Jackson will have a big game and I think that Wallace can shut Dirk down. Or at least contain him I suppose.. We'll see how it goes.
-
I dont know if the Bulls will be able to pull this one off. I mean the Hawks may be inconsistent and blow big leads, but Josh Smith has been out of this world lately.
