Did back & biceps along with some abs today. - 3 sets of as many pull-ups as you can - 3 sets of 10 lat pull downs at 100 lbs - 3 sets of 10 another back exercise (forgot the name) at 140 lbs - 3 sets of10 seated rows at 100 lbs each - 3 sets of 10 barbell curls at 75 - 3 sets of 10 dumbell curls with 25's in each arm - 3 sets of 10 of the curling machine at 65 lbs. - 2 sets of situps holding a 25 lb. weight

Ok here's what I've heard fro today. - Riley had a very good meeting with Bosh but was unable to secure an early commitment according to most people. - The pitch to Amare was about playing with Wade and Bron but we left without offering him a deal - Riley had a great meeting with Boozer apparently. I think he's our number 2 guy behind Bosh.

For the Heat, Bosh works better because his defense is better than Amare but offensively I think Amare fits our system better. I'll be happy with either.

How is it not different. One thing is not having the ability to work based on a health issue and the other is not working because you don't feel like it.

Ric Bucher says he thinks Bosh to Miami will happen very soon based on his calls. He's also reporting that JJ has a meeting set up with the Heat.
