Teams usually tend to play better after their coach is fired. When you realize you've got no one else to blame - it gives you some extra motivation. Already placed my bets on the Lakers.

I see your point but take all factors into consideration -- like motivation, for example. Jackson has nothing to prove. He said he doesn't want to coach any more. And I added a third poll option - Jerry Sloan.
