I think the Angels were the only ones that hit the 250 million mark, the Cardinals gave the 4th best offer, and there was another team in there along with the Marlins but no one knows what team it was. We also refuse to give no-trade clauses to any player, so that is probably why he chose the Angels over us.

Im glad we didn't give in to that deal. I wanted Pujols, but once I found out he wanted like 10 yrs 250 million I was hoping we wouldn't go for it. He is going to be dead weight in the last 5 years of his contract.

Does anyone else have those friends that think they are always correct even when they same something stupid, and no matter how much you try to convince them they won't change their mind? I told my friend that Aaron Rodgers was the best QB in the NFL right now, and he said Brady is a bit better because he has been in the league longer. Then I said, well maybe, but doesn't that just make Rodgers even better because he has been in the NFL for less time and he will only get better. Up to this point it seems like the argument can go either way. Then he said "Rodgers can't get better though because you say he is the best. Once you are the best you can't get better" I just looked at him like, really? Then he kept trying to prove me wrong. Maybe I am just an idiot, but that argument he gave is really dumb.

Nah, at the time I could do more I was doing chest twice a week for one week, then next week I would do arms twice a week. I quickly realized it was stupid and recently I have been lazy on my workout and only working out like 2 times a week as compared to the 5 times a week I was doing before. Although I am working out less now, I am getting bigger, just can't explain why I am fine doing every workout but when I do pull ups its a pain in the ass. I think it might be the fact that I am tall and my pull up bar is at the door so I have to do weird shit in order to go all the way down without hitting the floor.

I feel like the more I have worked out, the worse I have gotten at pull ups. The first 2 months I ever did pull ups I was able to do 10 in a row like a breeze, lately I struggle to do 5 in a row. I guess I am just getting to heavy to pull myself up lol Also, I find it nearly impossible to do them with my wrist pointing away from my face..probably my form.

I hate the internet when it comes to math help....I looked up an example of how to do one type of statistics problem and every website I looked at has like hieroglyphics in their formulas, then I look at my notes and my teacher has like three letters in his formula. Just sucks that I copied the problem wrong and it makes no sense.

Whats the use in dwelling on the past? Thats how life is, its all about what you have done lately. You think I would get by bragging about how the Heat won the championship in 06 but neglect that they lost it last year? Point is we are getting guys now, and we have a new stadium, its a fresh start.

IDGAF about the past, what matters is that we are active now when its needed most, we just built a stadium that is very controversial in Miami so we might as well put it to good use. Plus, last two times we actually put a team together, we ended up winning the world series. Fans probably won't show up every night because its Miami and thats how we are, but atleast we will have a decent team to watch.

Bosh wasn't bad last year, he was just the third option. In games where Wade or Lebron were off, he was around to put up some big points. I don't think I have ever seen the three of them have an amazing game at the same time, but thats just because of the way the team is set up. Its like they take turns instead of splitting it up equally. In the playoffs it was clear when we were trying to get Bosh involved, also very clear when we weren't trying to get him involved.

My dog has officially gone crazy. Last year he played around with the Christmas tree but he didn't care. Like an hour ago I brought the tree in the house and he has been barking at it for an hour straight. Its pretty annoying.
