You think Wade told Lebron to walk up to him? As if they have some sort of connection where Wade can tell Lebron what to do during a celebration? Its like if you hit a big shot in a game and your teammate walks up to you to give you five or chest bump or something. Do you just walk away like "No man, if you touch me its a celebration, let me do my celebration by myself so I look like less of an ass" You guys should really think about what you say. It's cool to celebrate by yourself, every time, winning or losing, but its not cool to celebrate with a 15 point lead, on your home floor in the NBA finals. It makes 0 sense to me what you guys are saying. I hope Wade does a dance after every shot so that it doesn't count as a celebration.

I hate Shawn Marion. He has such an ugly shot, he goes from dribbling to shooting in below .3 milliseconds and he sucked when he played for us.

That didn't fuel anyone. Like I said, if all they need is a little motivation to shut us out, then they are the best team in NBA history. If all I needed to get into the NBA was motivation then it would be easy, but there are other factors. Its a generic response. If they said, nah we just shut them out because they sucked, then they would be seen as a cocky team, but in reality, thats what they should have said. Also, I love how you guys shake off Terry and Stevenson's celebrations as if it wasn't the same crap. Why do they celebrate? They get excited and fire up themselves and the team. Why did Wade celebrate? He just hit a three and gave us a 15 point lead in the NBA finals. Wade walked towards the Heat bench just like Terry and Stevenson walked to their bench. You guys make it seem as if Wade hit the three, cursed at the Mavs bench, whipped out his wang and slapped each player and coach, and then slowly walked towards mid court and pointed and laughed at the Mavs bench.

Do work heat...game probably won't be determined until the last quarter, so until then, gotta finish all my hw.

So the fact that he did it in front of the Mavs bench was the problem? If it was in front of the Heat bench or on the other side it would be totally cool, got it. I don't know if the media knows they do this, but this is so stupid and is getting blown out of proportion. The Mavs are adding to it as well. Saying that it motivated them.....how convenient that all of a sudden they were able to make us suck because they were motivated. If all they need is motivation to win a game, then I don't know why they don't feel sorry for themselves before the game and then just kick our ass during the game. They won because we got too comfortable with the lead and played like crap. Simple as that.

This is so stupid...if the Heat had won that game, then Dirk holding up three fingers to the crowd then getting all excited with his bench would have been a premature celebration, but no one would care because it was the Mavs. I don't get how holding your hand up and then walking towards the bench is a celebration. Whats his face hit a three in the first quarter of game one and then put up the bulls eye and walked towards the Mavs bench, another premature celebration because they lost that game. We totally got inspired to win after the did that bulls eye. See how stupid it is? The "celebration" had nothing to do with the outcome. If a team could get payback on everyone that did a celebration, then every team in the NBA really sucks. Every team celebrates after a big shot, especially at home. You can't blame Wade for "celebrating" with a 15 point lead and he just happened to be in front of the Mavs bench.

It saids I need 2,900 calories per day. So I was thinking on the day I workout, I get about 2,300 calories, and on my off days/school days, I get like 1,700-2,000 since I won't be as active. I feel like I was eating under 3,000 calories everyday though, but I didn't really keep track of it.

He could just take you with him so you can at least visit Dallas before or after the game.

I was thinking something like this Breakfast - Eggs, Oatmeal or some other kind of fat food which I can burn throughout the day Pre-Workout - Protein Bar Workout from like 2-4 on average Lunch - Pasta with chicken or brown rice with chicken along with a protein bar later and whey protein shake after my workout Dinner - Brown rice with chicken or just chicken with something else Before I sleep I take a protein shake Don't know if that works. I still want to get 150-170 grams of protein per day, but not as much fat and calories. I pretty much just want to get my abs showing, so basically lose like 3-5% body fat and I am sure with all the weights and protein I will continue to get bigger. My main problem is breakfast. I am not sure what I can eat there. I don't want to eat eggs all the time because my cholesterol already sucks as it is.

When I said they have nothing I didn't mean it like they don't have any good players. What I meant to say, and should have phrased it better, is that they haven't shown they can completely dominate us for a whole game. If we were constantly losing to the Mavs I would be worried, but we hang around all game, and we are able to take the lead when it counts. Simply put, we screwed this game up. I guarantee that if we went on to win this game by 10+ like we should, the mood about the Mavs would be completely different. Good for them, they stole a game, but by no means have they dominated us to the point where I don't have faith in our team to go to Dallas and win a game or two. I mean what do you want me to say? We are screwed and we can't go to Dallas and win? Then I would play into the Miami fans only like their teams when they win stereotype. I don't think the Lakers or Thunder fans just took it in the ass when they were losing to the Mavs, they had faith in their team, just like I do.

But what did they do? Wade and Lebron took stupid ass shots on their own. They were getting dunks and layups at will earlier, and they stopped trying to go for that. Mavs got a fast break layup because Haslem saved the ball to them, Dirk got a wide open three, and then he took Bosh one on one. Sure, they executed, but we screwed it up. All we needed to do was hit one or two shots, or drive it in and get to the FT line. We did none of that. This is exactly what we did to the Bulls in game 5 of the ECF. They screwed up on all levels and we came back. Its not hard to do when the other team can't score worth a crap.

I hope this lights a fire under someones ass on this team. We gotta go in and make a statement in game 3 and take all the momentum back. I am not at all concerned about us going on the road, we have played well. We simply let this game go, Dallas didn't do anything special. They just made easy shots and we took stupid shots on that defense that we were tearing apart earlier.

Yea, but we have a really good defense and we have done pretty well on the road. Not trying to sound cocky, but I would be incredibly pissed if we lost 3 in a row. Dirk and Marion have been the only two players killing us so far, I don't expect their home crowd to make their whole team better now. Plus, Wade has done it before. Went to their court and won the championship there, I expect him to lead the charge here.

I have seen us blow huge leads many times this season, so it doesn't shock me too much. We tend to play like idiots with a huge lead. All these other close games have been within like 5-10 point leads so we have to be careful. With the 15 point lead we were settling for threes, not bothering to rotate on defense, and then when we needed to get our shit in gear, Dallas was already on a roll. Not to mention, we did nothing to bother Dirk at the end. He got a 3 on 1 layup, an open three, and a one on one drive against Bosh. Does it worry me? Yea, we could very well lose 3 in a row, but we are too good of a team to let that happen. I hope, if not I won't hear the end of it. At the end of the day, we have two superstars and Bosh shows up when he feels like it, and they have Dirk. I like our chances to win at least one. To put it this way, we lost this game...Dallas didn't win it.

I have faith...Dallas has nothing. It took a perfect storm of horrible defense and offense for them to win this. We gotta go to Dallas and win, nothing changes except the crowd. Win one or two then come home and wrap it up!!
