  1. 1) Stop fighting 2) Good point on Nash RD 3) Once you said Nash, Paul also came to mind, so props to ECN.
  2. I'll keep this short and sweet about Bettman. I've wanted him out of office since the lockout. He is just so slimy and I hate him so much.
  3. Raps fans will vote a lot to make sure DeMar makes it. I hope it is entertaining though.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1o2lOrhdAE Week Old But needs to be posted.
  5. I'll say boarder line elite in this regard, he was an amazing scorer of the basketball. The season he had 3 game winners, he was lights out. He was never an elite player because to be considered elite to me , you need to play D well. He was excellent scoring the basketball, elite level, elsewhere, falls short.
  6. I have it, but some forums don't allow posting Insider articles. I could post it if RD gives me permission.
  7. Dont do conference forums, Ive seen it before and it doesnt work, unless you split it in the big one then condense the mid majors. Gameday could work, but since there are soo many games, just a daily list of games for discussion would be great. Even weekly could work but i lean towards the daily list. Player comparisons is cool, and could be a nice addition to the forums. I would post most days in it and I know La Bomba would as well.
  8. I'm in class but I'll give you an easy one for the Raptors: When we play 2 PGs to end the game
  9. http://theshiver.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/brady-morngingstar.jpg Oh hai, My name is Brady, and I should start. btw, Tyrel Reed's sister is smokin, i wish i could find a pic
  10. Girls I chill with love this song.
  11. Oh Patty Robertson http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2010/01/13/crimesider/entry6092717.shtml
  12. 5 teams put there names in the hat, Raptor fans put an offer out there, but I doubt we'd have any chance. I dunno what the other 4 would do.
  13. I like Sonny, and I think he has aspect that can make him an okay player, plus he's only in his second year. He hasn't been so great lately, though he has hit his open jumper, and i mean, OPEN. DeRozan never really faced screens like this so he's learning but there is no doubt if you ask any Raptor fan what DeRozan has troubles with, it's screen action, but he's getting better.

  15. Right now yes, because it s a low risk-high reward situation and if he and Amir are both playing well when Reggie comes back then we could add either to a package to grab a legit 2. I see little fault with a move like this, considering he is much more talented than Pops. I love Pops but ball in post to Pops = turnover.
  16. Also what do LeBron James and Rasho have in common. Both are getting picked before Darko . I love Darko but that is funny.
  17. He seems to get lost on screens too easy to me, but I will say this for Jack, playing alongside a rookie 2 and a lazy 3 doesn't help how your D looks, so maybe I was a little hard on him. But he is miles ahead of Jose "Clap and Kick" Calderon
  18. Considering how hard and annoying this semester was, I'm happy to be coming out with B's. Brock isn't supposed to give this much work...
  19. I saw this quote on RealGM, and it's, to me, too good to not post here
  20. Man, though this part is so true in comparison to Jose, man, you are dead on saying he is pretty bad himself. This is how bad Jose is on D, I almost wonder how Bargnani and Bosh's D would have developed if they would have played with guards who could play D, consistently.
  21. I completely agree, he has done little in the 4th all year. Personally, if it is the last shot in the game, minus the Philly game where Bosh was clutch, I almost feel most confident in Bargnani taking the shot. He seems to be the 4th quarter guy we need. Sadly, when you rely on your big to take big 3's and defend the post, it is a formula that can rarely work.
  22. Where Bargnani needs to become that dominate threat is grabbing that defensive board, running down the floor and taking the 3 as a trailer. That a part of his game he does partially now (mainly the latter). He usually watches Bosh get the rebound and slowly walks down the court then takes a three, which to his credit does go in a good amount. If he can learn to start the break off a miss and a rebound, he could become such a great threat on the fast break. Even though the Pacers chucked, I'm happy that Andrea grabbed 17 last game, especially since he was cold offensively. That offensive rebound late, though he got a lucky bounce, was the hustle this team needs to see from him. He is learning to expand his game without the 3, and that is a major positive. 22 and 8 is my desired amount for him, but if Bosh leaves, he may be forced to grab 10, or else the team gets beat badly.
  23. From a Toronto perspective, I have to hope Jose goes the other way. A few positives come out of this. We can dress Marcus Banks who is no doubt our best defender at the PG spot. This also eliminates the Cackadodo (Calderon-Jack-Turkoglu) lineup late in games, and it gives the Raptors a defined 2 while DeRozan and Weems continue to develop. I have to hope it's Jose for Martin, if not, throw in POB and a 2nd in the future. Having Udrih and Rodriguez hurts our chances of unloading Jose, but he is the superior player, at least offensively, though the stats this year don't show it.
