Alot of the elements that is in 2k11's My Player, but incorporated and tweaked into Association mode. Stuff like: A full NBA draft with commentary and analysis like on TV News articles and reports. Interviews(like press conferences when you sign a big FA/make a big trade, rookie press conferences, post game press conference, random interviews, etc) Technical fouls and ejections At least have that years draft class available for Assocation(like this year it would be the 2011 class and so on)
