YES! FINALLY SHE'S DEAD!
-
So what armor abilities do you guys like best? My favorite is guard, I've been having a field day with it.
-
Wow incredible start for Nash.
-
Gotta hand it to that 'suffocating' Celtics defense so well known two years back. Cleveland has a spurt late in the game but the Celtics responded. Btw Rondo is a monster.
-
There is a reason why the organization and Heat fans want the guy out. Why would the Wizards trade a top 6 pick for a guy not even wanted by his team and fanbase? Beasley may have been developed for two years but a rebuilding team like Washington is in no hurry to win.

Chris Bosh is still Houston's primary target
Dash replied to Dash's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Bosh can probably make the most cash in Houston. We can give him the max and with him playing next to Yao, he would become HUGE in China. Imagine the endorsements and jersey sales and he could be competing with Yao, Lebron and co. for the fan favorite of Chinese fans. The same thing happened with McGrady. -
Despite what they did in game 6, I don't think the Bucks can take a game 7 in Atlanta but I have been wrong about this team several times already.

GM6: LA Lakers (3) @ Oklahoma City (2)
Dash replied to Real Deal's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
Awesome series, the Thunder have nothing to be ashamed about, they gave it there all and showed just how scary of a team they can be in the future. -
Nuggets were playing dumb and lazy in the fourth quarter, they deserved to lose the game. I think there was a stretch where the Nuggets took 4 straight threes and missed them all. If they had drove to the basket like the Jazz were all game long and converted just two of those shots, they could have cut the lead to 5-7. JR especially looked disinterested.

Crap Deron left the game hurt.

Link I'm sure Miami is looking for more than just cap space. What could Washington offer them? Beasley? Picks?

Chris Bosh is still Houston's primary target

Edit: already on thread on this. Anyways if we have to add Brooks along with Hill + Bat + picks then I think we should back out. Bosh isn't the only route we can take. -
Game 1 winner: Cavaliers Game 2 winner: Celtics Game 3 winner: Celtics Game 4 winner: Celtics Game 5 winner (if necessary): Cavaliers Game 6 winner (if necessary): Celtics 4 correct = 40 2 incorrect = -20 series winner = 10 30 PTS

Who should be the Rockets starting PG
Dash replied to htownborn's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
The thing with Brooks is that he doesn't pass the ball, I grew frustrated with him after the deadline deal and he would always ignore Martin. It got better as the season went along but still there was too much dribbling, not enough passing with him. I'm worried that it will grow worse with Yao back in the lineup next season...hopefully he can improve his point guard skills over the summer but I'm not holding my breath. With Brooks-Martin, we have the worst defensive backcourt in the entire league. Lowry is scrappy on that end and can actually keep his man in front of him. Plus Martin and Ariza seem to play much better with him on the floor. The only knock on Lowry is that he can't hit a jumpshot to save to life. Neither are starting material on a championship team (unless you plug either on the Lakers but the same thing can be said for Chris Duhon) and I don't prefer one over the other although I like Lowry just a tad more. My dream scenario is trading for someone like a Steve Nash. However, if I had to pick one of the two, I'd say keep Brooks as our starter because he shows up in the clutch and Lowry does wonders with the second unit. -
Congrats to the Spurs, nice to finally see some of that old pizazz of the championship teams. Great series.

Chris Bosh is still Houston's primary target

Will there even be enough shots to go around with a Yao, Bosh, Ariza, Martin and Brooks in the same lineup? Houston will be offering exprings, HIll and Knicks pick. We might add a bit more to up to the ante but I don't think we'll be throwing all our resources at Bosh. Houston's offer doesn't have to be the best, its more about where Bosh wants to go rather than Toronto's preference. If Bosh likes Houston enough and our offer is pretty solid then we could be one of the favorites. -
http://kilt.cbslocal.com/2010/04/29/rockets-gm-daryl-morey-talks-basketball-with-marc-and-john-42910/ Podcast interview with Morey. He mentions that the Rockets have had trade discussions with none playoff teams mostly about our draft position, possibly looking to move up.

Link Nothing new but at least its confirmed that Bosh is going to be our #1 target this offseason and its interesting that the Raptors like Jordan. That said, I wouldn't mind taking the pass on Bosh, Houston has so many other roads they can go with all the assets. I'd still love to have Bosh though.
-
He's saying we'll draft Turner if we win the lottery.
-
Scott Skiles has the entire team playing defense, its amazing. I never knew Salmons could play lockdown defense like that.
-
Gotta give the Bucks some credit though, their frontcourt has played Horford solid defensively. Besides if the Hawks are lose this series to the Bucks then they wouldn't have put up much of a fight against Orlando.
-
Amazing game, spectacular team effort by the Bucks. Fear the deer!!
-
If Minny has the first pick that is pretty much what I'm hoping for. Turner is going to be amazing and they already have a nice point guard combo in Flynn/Rubio. John Wall, like Aaron Brooks, is a shoot first point guard except much, much more talented. Granted I'd be ecstatic to have either one but I'd much rather have Wall. Brooks' trade value is sky high, we could pick up something pretty nice for him. Btw how did you find OTR? Just checking if my advertising on clutchfans is doing any good.

Bucks on top. Jenning is unbelievable.
