Bases going to be used tonight in honor of Tom Glavine. For those who didn't know, Tom Glavine was inducted into the Braves Hall of Fame and his #47 was retired. http://i36.tinypic.com/aetqg6.jpg

Tom Glavine's #47 was retired tonight and he was inducted into the Braves Hall of Fame. Right now he's speaking. Thanks for everything Tommy, especially Oct. 28, 1995.

Yeah, me and Phightins were discussing it in the Phillies thread. It was a bad called but definitely not the worst this season.
-
No worries, just a coincidence.

Anyone catch the highlights of the Rays game last night? Jason Kubel hit a ball up in the catwalk which caused everyone to lose track of it and it ended up landing near the pitchers mound. The Twins ended up winning the game because of this. IMO the Rays really need a new stadium. That is a ridiculous way to lose a game. I also think it's funny how the people who built it said that a ball would never go up there yet 100 or so have been hit up there.
-
Wow, that's probably more than I've been to in my life.
-
Yeah, no way should it be used to call balls and strikes. I just don't understand why the Little League World Series or w/e uses it and MLB doesn't. Also, if instant replay was used for this call the game would've moved on faster because Edwin Rodriguez was out there arguing for quite a while.
-
Dang bro, you've been to like 5 games already. What's the Phillies record when you go to games?
-
Exactly why I said another reason haha.

On the bench, sure. Not in the everyday lineup though.

The White Sox need to start beating them first.

It feels good to finally win a series. Tough series coming up against San Francisco though.
