Dash
Multiple sources have confirmed that Frye accepted a five-year, $30M deal to stay with Phoenix.
Jammin
Good, he is a big help to spread out the floor. Now he just needs to be consistent and confident.
Flight
He can be a good big man, and he's versatile, but like every other signing so far, maybe a little too expensive if you ask me.

If anything, the Suns got a steal.
Flight
You think that he got overpaid, but Amir Johnson gets paid more? If anything, the Suns got a steal.Like I said, everyone's overpaid. I think he's worth way more than Amir at this point in his career. I'd say he's really only worth around $20M, but because everyone is getting these huge inflated deals because everyone has cap. Jammin
Only 20 million over 5 years? Dude was #4 in total 3 point shots made, and did it with a reasonable percentage. All this at the center position. That's only worth $4M a season? Be real.
Flight
Yeah but that's like backing up Kapono's deal. He wasn't worth it, even though he won the 3 pt. contest. I'm not saying the guy isn't a valuable player. Maybe I just think everyone's getting overpaid. All I'm saying is that a C that can't rebound very well (5 per game last year... sure he didn't start, but in 27 minutes I'd like my backup center to have a little more impact on the glass than that), played average defense from what I've seen, and didn't really do much apart from shoot 3s (which he did do well, 43%, but when over half your shots are three pointers that tells me you're either Ray Allen or not having a huge impact on a lot of games). I just think he got paid more than he was worth because Amar'e's gone, and he's taking advantage of the amount of money being thrown to other guys this year. Can't fault him for it, I just think it wasn't the best economic choice the Suns could have made with his contract.
Sun Tzu
I think it was a good move to keep Frye but I expected us to get him for cheaper. If he can remain consistent and efficiently this year then I think he would be worth $30 million.
The Regime
I don't know what you guys are talking about, $30 million for a guy who just shots 3's is way too much imo. Now with Amare leaving Frye might get a expanded role in the offense and people will finally realize how useless he is.
Newman
His performance and role will be the same, but he will be criticized next year because he is earning way more money.
