The Goods Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 A grievance hearing between the Pacers and guard Jamaal Tinsley will be held July 27-29. The grievance was filed on the point guard's behalf in February by the NBA Players Association. It challenges Indiana's decision to restrict Tinsley from participating in any team activities prior to the 2008-09 season while they tried to trade him. An arbitrator recently denied a request by the Pacers to have the grievance dismissed because it was not filed in a timely fashion.
