I remember there being several reports on draft night that if Thabeet fell to #3, the Thunder would take him. Not at all surprised that they are still interested in acquiring him, his trade value is at an all time low and Memphis is looking to move him so I wouldn't expect OKC to give up much for him. Kristic/Peterson (both expirings) + pick could get it done. WojYahooNBA For most teams, question with Thabeet is this: Do they have player development coaches who can get more out of him? Check my Stats Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 As long as he is on a team with playoff aspirations it isn't gonna happen. It is like Beasley, just on a smaller scale. He needs to be given a bit of a cushion to suck, so that he can get better. I wouldn't mind Toronto making a move for him if he is really cheap.
