Built Ford Tough Posted May 19, 2011 Report Share Posted May 19, 2011 The Combine has beconme a huge joke over the past few years. I used to love watching it, even if it was on a tape delay (I can watch it on NBATV in Canada in 3 hours), but with the large majority of the top prospects not doing anything other than measure, the whole thing has become a bit of a joke. It is basically a bunch of mid first rounders, late first rounders and 2nd rounders trying to boost their draft stock. As far as I know, none of the top 3 point guards are doing any of the workouts so you won't really get any sort of glimpse at Kemba, Knight or Kyrie outside of measurements, Williams isn't doing any workouts as far as I know and so on. The only thngs that are worthwhile to find out about the combine are the athletic testing results, the measurements and the interviews.
