The Foles/Luck matchup will be great to watchWisconsin @ Northern Illinois - MassacreOklahoma St. @ Tulsa - Justin Blackmon goes for 200 yardsIdaho @ Texas A&M - Easy win for aTmWashington @ Nebraska - Close win for NebraskaNavy @ South Carolina - USCe easilyArkansas St. @ Virginia Tech - easy win for VTTroy @ Arkansas - see aboveMichigan St. @ Notre Dame - I think this one gets ugly.
