fish7718 Posted April 1, 2012 Report Share Posted April 1, 2012 I'll take a W.Was out bowling lol, looks like we just played a shit team, nice to see Toney get some time he's gonna have to play minutes down the stretch if we are going to have a shot with Lin out in all, nice to see JR bounce back, will def need him to step up as a scorer, don't think people realize Lin was a huge scorer for our team, a lot moe than just a distributor, as for Shumpert, time to saddle up the rook and see what he can do for us down the stretch, he's out best perimeter defender and probably our best overall night to night guard. Landry has been playing like absolute shit and JR way to inconsistent, Baron just not in proper condition. In the end, key to April and division/team/playoffs is Carmelo Anthony, can he be the man everyone expects him to be? Last 5 games 47% 24.6 PPG 6.6 RPG 2.4 APG 2.8 TOPG 1.8 Stl's .8 Blks in about 33 MPG, not bad, nice to see the shooting percentage up, but he's going to have to maintain this level of play and perhaps elevate it. I think he's capable of doing it. HAVE to win the division. If we can win the division we can get Magic/Pacers in the first round and stand a chance without Lin, when we play Bulls/Heat we will def need Lin to have a shot. Well, let's go Knicks!
