All of these guys were all-star caliber players until injury's killed their true potential.

Penny could have been as good as Magic but injury's hurt his potential as well as Shaq leaving

Grant was putting up LeBron type numbers minus the points in Detroit and much like LeBron made a decision to go to Florida but had multiple near career ending injury's while in Orlando. Even though he continued to play after he's injury he was not nearly as good as he was early in his career.

McDyess was like Shawn Kemp or Blake Griffin very athletic and a power-dunker. He had one all-star season then the next year had a serious knee injury and was never the same again.

I'm gonna say Penny because I think he would've been one of the best of all time (although all could've really). Grant and McDyess went on to have very successful and long careers too, I feel as though Penny did not have as great of an impact that Hill and McDyess have ended up having.
