The fact of the matter is they double us in population, and without the nukes, which are the great equalizer, I'm inclined to say Europe. If the U.S. were to go to war with Europe, they wouldn't be worrying about all of these innocent lives that they have to be concerned about now. Europe would not be able to get to the U.S., but the U.S. would be able to get to Europe easily. Not to mention the language barriers that the Europeans would have to deal with as well.
