Check my Stats
Better today? Better 5 years from now?
DunkinDerozan
I think we just recently had a similar thread to this one. Anyways though, I think right now its hard to say Kyrie isn't the better of the two players going off last season. However 5 years from now is a lot harder to say. I'll go with Kyrie, but if Wall can get his shit together it could easily be Wall. And I'm not saying Wall is bad right now by any means either. Averaging 16 pts, 8 asts and 4 boards is still very good. Especially the assist numbers considering who he was playing with last season. Owner Real Deal Posted October 16, 2012 Owner Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 Safe bet is Kyrie, both questions. I'm not sure if anyone on the site, other than ABL, would stick their neck out there for Wall. I mean, it's not THAT big of a stretch, and people kick dirt on John Wall without actually watching him play...but we saw what both did with bad teams last season, in regards to their own personal numbers, and you just have to go with Kyrie right now. Wall is the more accurate passer, and he's quick...but Irving can give you more of an overall game in that 94 feet of court. Five years from now, it could be different. We saw how things changed with Rondo. At one point, he was a borderline all-star, starting all games for Boston in his second season (which was their championship year), and two years later, he became an all-star PG and top five in the NBA (and people will argue top three now).
