They are the only team in the league with a total salary of under $100 million. They owe money to guys that have never played on the team before, and guys that are no longer there...29 players this year. One is TJ Leaf. With a lot of cap space ahead, and 467 draft picks, how long will it take for the Thunder to rebuild? Will they be a playoff team in 3-5 years, or will they see a long drought lasting 10+ years?
