I want to say it's a potential trap game, but I just can't. I believe in Minnesota too much, but not half as much as I distrust Detroit. They've always played us tough, and I don't expect a decisive win, but I expect a win. Stafford's not prepared to handle this defense and their defense is not prepared to handle Adrian Peterson.

AP should be able to streak past their line and pick up at least 6-7 yards every carry. I don't see how the Lions plan on stopping Minny's run game, and you already know Favre will look to cut up the Detroit secondary early, just to give them that threat of the pass.

After that, Peterson will dig his way into the end zone for a couple, and the Vikings won't look back.

He averaged six.

Favre threw for two touchdowns.

Vikings won.

I guess I was right.
