This time West's absence is excused. Westwas not at practice Wednesday after he missed Tuesday night'sexhibition game against Charlotte. He was expected to play 15 to 20minutes in the game, but never joined his teammates on the bench. West,who has battled bipolar disorder and was recently arrested on gunpossession charges in Maryland, missed the first two days of trainingcamp with unexcused absences. The Cavaliers confirmed this time West has the team's permission to tend to personal matters.http://www.nba.com/2009/news/10/07/cavs.west.ap/index.html Even though he had gotten the team's permission, it's still not a good thing. Cleveland's Finest Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 Now that we have Anthony Parker I'm not as concerned but I trust he'll resolve this because he had problems last off season but all regular season and playoffs he had no problems.
