Legacy Posted October 8, 2009 Report Share Posted October 8, 2009 Warriors guard Monta Ellis sprained his left ankle against the Lakers on Wednesday night and did not return. Golden State lost 118-101 to Los Angeles in the preseason game. Ellis suffered the injury just over a minute into the game when he stepped on a cameraman's foot while rushing back on the defensive end.
