wait wha u mean lol.

He's prob saying that critics look at the incident and review it based on that. If so, I highly doubt it. Metacritic average rating is 42/100 though. One of the lower ones of the year. Ouch.

Sorry I dont listen to people who beat women.

This is the bias I think he sees

Yep.

Read the review on allmusic. They gave him a 1 out of 5 stars. Graffiti isn't a classic, but it certainly isn't horrible by any means. People are letting their personal opinions get in the way of the music. What Michael Jackson did was far worse, but that doesn't stop him from being the King of Pop. If your job is to review music, then do it. There's no way Graffiti is 1/5, and I see no reason why it should deserve a failing grade.

Beating a woman does make his appeal less and make the product he makes a lot worse. He didnt do something technically not wrong he beat a woman. MJ got off and I believe was used for his money, Chris Brown has no excuses. Dont even try to excuse it and say it doesnt affect people's opinion on their music.

So from now on everything he makes is a failure?

It shouldn't affect your opinion to the point where you automatically dismiss everything he does as a failure. When Tiger comes back, is he any less of a golf player because he cheated on his wife, or is he just a worse person? And MJ didn't "get off" at all. Pretty much everyone knew and saw him as a child molester, but that had no effect on his music, did it? I mean, it's not like Chris Brown was glorifying what he did, attacking people, or making racial comments on his album.

1. Devin Townsend Project - Addicted. I've just gotten into this album the past few days and it is top to bottom a great album. All the songs are heavy and catchy. And the female vocals, which are on every song I think, are really feminine and powerful at the same time. I find some of the short lines in the lyrics to be really powerful and inspirational.

The rest are close to each other:

John Frusciante - Empyrean. A good album, listened to it a lot when I first got it, now barely listen to it. Not one of my favorites from him but still has some good stuff on it.

Devin Townsend Project - Ki. Only listened to it once through, but it's good. It's a clean and calm sounding record in comparison to Addicted. I'll get into it once I'm ready to move on from Addicted.

The Mars Volta - Octahedron. Haven't listened to it fully yet but from the songs I've heard it's been quite good. They wanted to do an acoustic pop album, and the songs are pretty catchy in my opinion. Mars Volta are always doing interesting and creative music.

I never compared MJ to Chris Brown. Just their situations. If you're reviewing music, review the music. Don't use outside factors to base your opinions.

Does Tiger cheating on his wife make him any less of a golfer than he was before? Nope.

better yet.

does kobe getting charged for rape make him any worse on the court?

just before anyone say it. im not saying kobe did or didnt do it so dont make this a big kobe flame war.

Paris Hilton on allmusic, Paris Hilton on sputnik, Paris Hilton on metacritic

allmusic's rating system is awkward at best, those are just examples
