  1. you must be joking right? The Raptors are TERRIBLE so anyone of value should be traded so this team can get younger and continue to rebuild. The fact that hes putting up these numbers is good only in the sense that he may now have SOME trade worth, compared to the minimal amount of interest he would experience prior to this december outburst. While i dont think they should make a trade just to make a trade, moving Calderon should still be one of their primary options.
  2. after last night, absolutely 100% dude was a beast cant wait to see what else he can do im officially on the Blake Griffin bandwagon
  3. id rather this deal goes down later in the year that way we can watch anderson develop, Jack lead this young team and Bayless can continue to learn as CP3s backup then come the trade deadline they pull this off but even still, i guess im for this trade, to bad to see jack leave, but we get a nice young player in return, and finally rid ourselves of Banks
  4. you've got to understand that these teams would be taking on Melo for a one year rental more or less as long as he doesnt sign that extension. So with that in mind i dont see any of these teams except the nets actually biting the bullet and trying to trade for him, because the wolves and kings would have to give away their best players in tyreke and love just for the chance to get him, and in the end he would most definitely leave them come free agency. With that in mind, i could see Melo for T-Will, Murphy, Humphries and a 1st murphy and humphries are both expirings and would help the depth of the nuggets big men, as there all injured, and T-Will has the potential to be a star, and should take Melos place
  5. Pitcher for me. a bad pircher can single handedly ruin a team. In football you can overcome a poor QB by running the ball
  6. Shane Battier for sure- unreal defender who can knock down open shots. great veteran guy who really understands the game Kelenna Azubuike next- terrific do everything type player
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtztrcGkCBw this completely blew my mind. its amazing what some people can do
  8. the raps have a ton of big men that im sure theyd be willing to part with if the right trade was offered

Atlanta Hawks - Joe Johnson Boston Celtics - Rajon Rondo Charlotte Bobcats - Gerald Wallace Chicago Bulls - Derrick Rose Cleveland Cavaliers - Antwan Jamison Dallas Mavericks - Dirk Denver Nuggets - Carmelo Detroit Pistons - Rodney Stuckey Golden State Warriors - Steph Curry Houston Rockets - Trevor Ariza Indiana Pacers - Danny Granger Los Angeles Clippers - Eric Gordon Los Angeles Lakers - Kobe Memphis Grizzlies - Rudy Gay Miami Heat - D- Wade Milwaukee Bucks - Brandon Jennings Minnesota Timberwolves - Luke Redinior New Jersey Nets - Brook Lopez New Orleans Hornets - Chris Paul New York Knicks - Amare Oklahoma City Thunder - Kevin Durant Orlando Magic - Dwight Howard Philadelphia 76ers - Iggy Phoenix Suns - Steve Nash Portland Trail Blazers - Brandon Roy Sacramento Kings - Tyrke Evans San Antonio Spurs - Duncan Toronto Raptors - Demar Derozan Utah Jazz - Deron Williams Washington Wizards - John Wall
  10. hes a classy guy, and id love to see him stay but that contract is killing him, we cant afford to pay our backup pg 10 mill for the next 3 yrs
  11. great article really outlines the ups and downs of the nets draft and ya you can still draft well even though you dont have a lotto pick the spurs still find great pick ups late (Parker, Manu, Hill, etc etc) so sorry, being successful doesnt mean everyone you draft is a scrub the mid 2000s was rough, but they have a nice core that should return them to prominence by Brooklyn
  12. i think boshs rebounding potential is being inflated a little bit yes i realize he put up 10+ rebounding numbers last year, but keep in mind that this is for the Raptors someone has to get defensive rebounds, and its not gonna be Hedo or Bargs I wouldnt credit Bosh as being a great rebounder, so please stop saying he is he doesnt go hard after rebounds, and would much rather continue scoring from outside rather than go deep in the post where he could possibly grab 3-4 offensive rebounds per game, but doesnt because he doesnt like contact. as for the actual debate, id rather have the NY squad because they would actually jell much better, and there is zero question about the roles of each superstar. we dont even know if LeBron will be playing a point forward, or off ball small forward. with Paul, Amare, Melo, you know exactly who will do what I really consider Amare and Bosh a wash, theyd offer roughly the same productivity. if this game came down to three pointers, the only player on either team id trust is Melo, so they get that advantage MIA has 2 of the best players in the league, so they have that still would take NY
  13. hope he doesnt go to the raps cuz we dont need more bigs
