  1. The Hornets shot 0-15 from three...and without Gordon, I don't see how they even had the lead in the first half. It is the Kings, though. Marcus Thornton is a baller, by the way.
  2. Also, I did fix a few banners (ex. the Hornets with Gordon and Landry, the Blazers without B-Roy, Jazz with Millsap, a few others).
  3. I uploaded the banners not too long ago, actually. You guys may have to refresh your browsers and/or clear cache (simple refresh should do).
  4. Maybe forum mods for it next year...season is almost over. I wasn't having trouble creating the topics, never a big deal...I got into a rhythm, and I'd be done within minutes. I just slipped this week, my mind was in a different place, and it was just a busy stretch...that's all.
  5. Oh yeah, this is the same guy I called Danny Fortson 2.0!!!
  6. ^_^ Maybe for Matt Barnes and Steve Blake, but not for Gasol.
  7. Sorry guys, I completely forgot to create those topics for Week 17. Basically, I had a crazy surprise (tickets) for my girlfriend for our five-year anniversary today, and it fell through just yesterday, and my mind was somewhere else most of the week.
  8. OMG...Barbosa at point is like asking Bargnani to play Shaq in the post. Anthony Carter should never handle the ball longer than two seconds, by the way. Dallas didn't look that great in their first game against the Raps. They are so loaded offensively, and they have defensive-minded players (not an anchor, but still), they should've blew Toronto out by 30. I wonder if DeRozan will step his game up this time around. The dude was missing on Friday.
  9. Haha...I was going to ask you if you wanted to change your name, but I waited. Do you want me to merge your old account with this new one?
  10. Thought he would be terrible in the pros, but I changed my mind a couple years ago. The only gripe I really ever had with him, aside from all of the annoying shit about him being Pistol Pete (which is still laughable), is that he doesn't have a shot, and his defense is iffy...both being slightly true today, although he's improving his jumper.
  11. Horrible inbound play to try and get a three off, and good defense by LA.
  12. Kobe just lost the ball going up. That sucked.
  13. Joel is done being a decent center. Not even sure he can be anything right now.
  14. Monta Ellis will be treated as a combo guard, and he'll more than likely make it before Lowry will, simply because he's a better player. CP3 will start. Westbrook is better, even though he's selfish. Once you get your two PG's (CP3 and Westbrook), that's about it for Kyle. Guys like Monta, Eric Gordon, and Manu Ginobili will be listed as the reserves ahead of him. No chance Lowry plays this good (18/8/10) for the entire season, even if he had the big minutes handed to him. He's not THIS good.
  15. Wade flop, and a huge call that should've been a charge...but that's how things work, sadly. Great game, Minny. Looked good out there. They lost that game on their own, though, with those two missed free throws.
  16. This will probably be the game that Carlisle uses to adjust minutes and experiments with certain fives. I doubt the Raptors win, either way, because in a 66-game season and what will probably be a very tight 1-8 in the West, the Mavericks really can't afford to start 0-4.
  17. Wait...posts are disappearing, or the topics are leaving the New Content section?
  18. Yeah, sure that will change every 10 games or so, lol.
  19. Just imagine if Roy was back out of retirement, and playing like he was just years ago. Portland would be favorites to win the West.
  20. Deron Williams isn't getting much sleep these days. That game was ugly.
  21. Did you happen to see the last 2-3 minutes of the Thunder/Mavs? Westbrook played up to the level of Durant, had more points in that that two minutes than he did the rest of the game. If we're going by that logic, really, the only fun thing to watch in Miami is the duo, and shades of Norris Cole (and only because he's doing good as a rookie). The remaining players on the roster, including Bosh, aren't that exciting (with the exception of Bosh's one dunk the other night, which may have been the best he's ever had in a Heat jersey). The most exciting teams to watch have a mix of high-flying, young and old, superstars and role players, that can get up and down the court fast, run the break, OR play in a half court set. Miami and OKC will fit that category best. However, I'm also interested in storylines and X's and O's...and teams like the Lakers are exciting, for me personally. Everyone has been bored with the Spurs forever now, but I actually like watching them run their slow half court offense, lock up teams on D, and perform in the clutch (although I despise the team).
