Before you sign up, make sure you have an AIM account. If you don't, get one. Not required, but if you go without one, you'll be at a huge disadvantage. There are 30 teams available. All you need to do is post the team you want. The team you post won't have the current roster. Instead, all teams will have their rosters filled using NBA 2k10's fantasy draft, random order. Basically, the mock will consist of members trading players until the deadline, then watching as the NBA season is simulated through 2k10. You're building a team from scratch, and your best will be tested through a full 82-game season without the chance to make adjustments along the way. Sign up below. Post the team you want to represent, and make sure it's available before AND after you make your post (because someone could take it right before you hit the button to enter your post).

Wouldn't matter, because if they keep the 5th, they'd probably take out Boston in the first round, the way the Celtics look right now.

After watching the fight, I really think Money can take Pacman. Clottey did fight scared out there, probably smart though, because I think Pacquiao could've floored him had Clottey attempted to trade blows...but then again, what's the point of going the distance with someone on purpose? Manny should've ended the fight earlier, instead of tapping at his chin for so long.

Evan Turner to the Wizards, please

The rule is actually just 19 years of age or older. You can just sit, play college ball, play overseas, play Mortal Kombat for a year, whatever...as long as you're 19. Obviously, you'd want to just go to college, to give you the maximum exposure, but the rule only asks for a minimum age of 19. -
Hmm...Garnett missed the next game, against the Pacers just two days later.

Can anyone verify that he re-injured his knee against the Wolves back in December? December 20th, to be exact. The reason I'm asking is because he played under 30 minutes, attempted just five shots against a team that plays no defense, and since then, the Celtics have been in a HUGE slump (compared to their previous standards, at least) and have gone 20-19 since that game (sitting at 20-5 after that victory against the Wolves). I noticed things were getting weird with his minutes after that, really inconsistent and from what I watched this year (meaning, 2010, not the season), he seems like he needs to sit for a while.

Sad days for Boston if the Pistons do beat them at home. I guess it would be much different if the Celtics were a 65+ win team like they were two years ago, but now that they are losing games left and right (and are probably a .500 team or less since the start of the new year), this would be a pathetic loss at a time where they HAVE to step up and start winning games.

What will the final score be? a) 140-138 b) 40-38

Get a win here, Houston, for Dallas' sake.

L.A. Lakers @ Golden State

LOL. -
There's a reason why Ewing wore those two-feet long, ten-inch thick wristbands. Shaq has everyone beat, though. I heard Pat Riley stuck a purification system on his forehead and used him during timeouts.

Can't discuss file sharing, fellas. Sorry.

Cousins doesn't get enough credit for what he does, in my opinion. Hell, even a few hours ago, they were slobbering all over Wall's off-balance three to put Kentucky ahead for good, and acted like that was the best shot of the game against Miss St. No big deal that Wall threw up an airball near the end of the game, and Cousins saved Kentucky from a surprising loss.

Evan Turner to the Wizards, please
Real Deal replied to AboveLegit's topic in Washington Wizards Team Forum
Can't really argue with the Wizards needing Turner. Hell of a consolation prize, really. Wall may be the best player in college basketball, but I can surely give anyone an argument for Turner (and anyone who watches college ball wouldn't have to hear that argument, haha). -
Wall would choke at the stripe just as Rose did.

K-State won't beat Self's Jayhawks in the Final Four. We've already taken them out three times this season, and in a HUGE game like that, I'd put all of my money on it that Kansas comes up victorious. Kentucky doesn't scare me at all. Cousins' defense was pathetic today, and I wouldn't worry about our frontcourt if we meet up. Wall is a good defensive player, but Collins is stronger and can really put him to work if needed. BasX is right about Georgetown. That could be a problem for us, but I think we'd pull through. If Duke catches fire in the championship game (assuming they were to get that far and meet us), then that might pose a problem as well, because our perimeter defense flips on and off too much. Oklahoma State will be tough, as we found out earlier in the year. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they take out Ohio State in the second round. Fun, fun. Kansas all the way.

The only thing that has ever worked on OTR (where everyone actually stuck with it) was the mock season. Not much goes into it, really, so it's basically just trading and using your knowledge of the players. I was planning on starting it up soon, but if you guys are wanting something else, then it's no big deal.

Next time you mouth off to any of my members on this site, your IP is banned, and so is the entire range of IP's you can use, and I'll redirect all of your IP's to whatever site I choose. You're either going to be here and behave like a good little boy, or you're going to sit in the corner and never going to come out of it. Until you stop acting like a child, you can be treated like one.

Kobe's list of game-winning shots
Real Deal replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Like when he passed to Ron Artest to try and win that first game against Memphis this season, when Ron missed the three? Or when Fisher hit that three against Orlando in the Finals, after Kobe's pass out of the post? What about when Kobe passed to Luke Walton against the Knicks a few years back, only to watch Luke pass the ball back to him right when the buzzer sounded? How about the pass Kobe made to Odom a few years back, when Odom airballed the attempted game-winning, wide-open 18-footer? There's a reason he takes the shot. He's the most clutch player in the history of the game. If he doesn't take it, it's a mistake. -
Not exactly. Everyone else has a lesser chance of getting it. If there were two teams, that would be the correct way of looking at it...but there are 30, so the Nets will have the biggest chance of getting Wall, followed by everyone else.

Mike Ganter needs to proofread his articles, it looks like. It's one thing to spell a word wrong, but a really good (and professional) writer rarely uses the word "they're" incorrectly. But yeah, the team needed to hear this. Bosh is no exception to it, though. He's off and on quite a bit.

If we had lost that game, I would've been pissed. It's our rivals. We don't lose to them, especially in the Big 12 championship game.
-
Once Stewart fouled out and it went into OT, that was it. I actually think Miss could've won it had they had Barry for the overtime. He wasn't shooting the rock well, but he was killing it on the glass, and was also a big part of their offense, even without the buckets.
-
Actually, nobody is offended because nobody cares.
