  1. Just got an A+ playing against the D-Fenders. I racked up 11 points, 8 rebounds, 10 assists, 62% from the field. ALMOST HAD THAT TRIPLE DOUBLE!
  2. LMAO, I see this truck all the time. http://media.peopleofwalmart.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/211.jpg http://www.peopleofwalmart.com/?p=4191
  3. Haha, that reminds me, I put it on HOF difficulty and played against the Lakers, used the Bucks. Got destroyed. Feels a bit weird playing with Milwaukee, though. I'm just not used to the team, I guess. I had to feed Bogut quite a bit, and try to run Redd off of screens and hit open jumpers. Pretty hard.
  4. Yeah, I've been trying icon passing. I just wish my teammates would finish now. They blow my assist. And nice tip on the double team. I had no idea it makes your grade better. Thanks. Kyle, I never bought the combine. I just use the game...I believe that's what you start out with, anyways.
  5. Nope. My primary doctor keeps telling me I should, since I'm a diabetic, but there's no way. The last time I had a regular flu shot, it was seven years ago...and that's also the last time I ever had a bad case of the flu.
  6. Well, some are. Sun Yue was up in there. Jamal Sampson, saw him. But there are fake guys playing as well. Everyone plays like they are in the D-League, that's for sure. I dropped 27 points and 11 assists in my last game, shot 59% from the floor, and still had a "B" grade because my guys wouldn't roll out of the screen (and eventually, it told me I held the ball for too long) and because every entry pass I made into the post, it would get batted away by the post defender (since our post sucked).
  7. If I get anything under an "A" as a grade in those games, it was only because: 1) I would accidentally hit "pass" twice when throwing to a cutter or someone rolling off a screen, and it would say "Bad call for pass." 2) My teammates would suck, and I'd try and throw a pass and it gets picked off. 3) I had to defend Bryant, and he would either force me into a screen, fake me out of my shoes, or just post me up. D-League games are easy, but again, my teammates play like trash, and when I can't get through a screen in time and my brain-dead teammate wants a switch, my man gets easy access to the rim, and it's suddenly my fault.
  8. Haha, I just gave Gamestop NBA Live 09 for $3 yesterday (with other junk games), so I could get 2k10. Live is trash.
  9. Garnett is too high, Iverson needs to be over T-Mac, and if you're going to stick LeBron up there over Kidd, you might wanna do the same for Wade. But...HAHA, it's Kelly Dwyer, the worst basketball blogger I've ever seen. Expected.
  10. Yama, Sasha is going to crush your Warriors. :o
  11. If it happens again, you're banned.
  12. It's pretty difficult to make a good team (if you're in My Player mode). I guess I missed the part where you could be drafted (maybe my player was too old, haha), but I took the invite from the Lakers to go to their camp, and the damn team was set up to where I had to play two-guard. So actually, I was a 6-2 two-guard having to defend Kobe Bryant with my 50 rating (don't remember what my actual rating was, but it was around that). Sucked. Now I'm in the D-League, lol.
  13. There might have been an article about it a while back, but if it was when he was with us already, it didn't say much because he was injured shortly after the trade. Honestly, Morrison is a very good player for the triangle offense if he knocks down his shots and plays off the ball well. Problem is, he's not doing either.
  14. Whoa. That was unexpected. Was Braylon even rumored to go anywhere? I must have missed an article about that... Good pick up for the Jets, really. Edwards just needed a new city, I believe. It just gives their young QB someone else to throw to.
  15. Well, him and Blair are looking pretty good, but it's still preseason.
  16. You can post the links in here. We just can't have topics asking for them.
  17. Turn the difficulty all the way up, pick a team that struggles (Clippers) and play a contender (Celtics), and you'll find out just how real this one is compared to 2k9. I find myself running out of turbo all the time, since I'm so used to holding the damn button the entire game on 2k9, haha. I also like how the AI will FINALLY run complete plays against you. Best sports game I've ever played, easily.
  18. Just got the game for $50 at Gamestop. Gonna pop it in soon and destroy Boston with Griffin and the Clippers, see how bad ass it really is.
  19. I thought I read Friday for Aussies, so maybe it's the same for everyone else outside of the US?
  20. Nah, we have a few. I can tell through the cPanel who is using Safari to browse...although it could be guests as well. 7.5% of our hits come from Safari. 51% from Firefox, haha.
  21. Thanks to whoever gives me the money to get the game! Paypal: way2great@hotmail.com In return, I'll give you NBA 2k9 and Live 09! But on a serious note, for those who get it, tell me how much it has improved over 2k9. The demo wasn't the full game, you know.
  22. Haha, well they have Carolina (who is 0-3) and Kansas City (who will be 0-5 after losing to Dallas next weekend), so Washington can sneak in a couple of wins before getting manhandled by the Eagles right before bye week. But Kansas City could take them out, depending on how well Larry Johnson runs against the Skins. Brandon Flowers might have fun making things tough for Campbell, also. He's been pretty good the past few games, despite playing with a hurt shoulder.
  23. Denver would have to crumble to lose the AFC West. Everyone and their mothers know that the Chiefs and Raiders won't win it, and San Diego seems to be way too inconsistent. They will need to get LT back in full form, and watching him tonight, I wasn't sure if he was there yet. The Chargers have won the division three consecutive times, I believe...but this year, it's probably going to be Denver.
  24. If they let Felton walk, and both Chandler and Vlad pick up their options (which will happen because neither will get that kind of money from anyone else), the Bobcats will be at around $54 million on their payroll. The cap probably won't budge from the 09-10 season, may even decrease just a bit, so Charlotte won't have any big money to offer any FA's for 2010. So, yeah...trade Felton before the deadline. It would be in the best interest of the team, because they won't be making a play for anyone in free agency, unless Michael Jordan decides to convince someone like Ray Allen to take $5 million.
