  1. I like it. Nice job RD. Appreciate your hard work.
  2. ^^^ No, this song is better. The camp fire song is good as well.
  3. Looks good, I like it. Wonder how long it will take for it to be released.
  4. Anti-social? Lol, OK. Coming from the guy who acts like he is superior to everyone and also has nothing informative to say most the time. Funny how you bash trutojan for not posting anything smart, when all you do is spit out personal attacks. And Taken was a good movie. The acting was good, and the action was done well. Had a predictable ending though and the plot was a bit ridiculous. Also, believe me, we don't just watch the new movies. We get plenty of older movies from our library. You act like you are such a movie buff, and you have such great taste in movies, but you just come across as a jackass a lot of the time. You don't know anything about us, so not sure why you try to attack us and act like you are better than us and know more about movies than us. But whatever, think what you want. If it makes you feel better about yourself I guess. EDIT: BTW, I don't just watch modern movies. If I did, I wouldn't have seen The Birth of a Nation (1915), Nosferatu (1922), Battleship Potemkin (1925), All Quiet on The Western Front (1930), The Third Man (1949), Paths of Glory (1957), and several early Hitchcock movies (The Lady Vanishes, Sabotage, The 39 Steps, etc.). And those aren't the only old movies I have seen.
  5. Not sure what to think. He wouldn't really hurt our team, and he could probably teach Chalmers some things. Not sure how well he can still play though.
  6. Definitely Kobe as of right now. Kobe is a better one-on-one defender, and Wade is only better at help defender (his blocks/steals). Kobe also has more range on his shot (3 pointer), but both are good mid-range. Wade slashes better, and is more of a playmaker though. I would say it's somewhat close, but Kobe is definitely a bit better.
  7. Can't believe they are doing a prequel to The Thing.
  8. Agreed, the poster looks good, but the movie will probably suck. Wonder who the director is.
  9. I've read it's not really a remake, just a readaptation of the novel. At least that's what the author of the original novel said about the new movie.
  10. LMAO. What were they thinking? A remake already? Kind of sounds like Quarantine, which was remade only a year after the original (Rec).
  11. Yeah, but a source from today said nothing is imminent, and that Odom hasn't signed yet. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/60741/20090723/odom_lakers_talking_nothing_imminent/
  12. Thanks for the suggestion, but already seen. But I do agree, fantastic movie.
  13. I'm using Chrome right now, but I always switch it up. Sometimes it's Firefox, then Safari, then Opera.
  14. Thanks for saying happy birthday. Didn't see it before.

  15. Didn't see it before, but thanks for saying happy birthday.

  16. Well, I don't think you get what I'm trying to say. You said you like to switch it up, as in not watch 10-15 foreign movies or whatever in a row. You said you would still enjoy it, but not as much. I'm saying I'm not like that. I don't get tired watching a certain type of movie (foreign, silent, etc.). EDIT: BTW, thanks for the suggestions.
  17. Then I'm a bit different than you, lol. I'll watch any movie as long as its good. Whether that be a silent film, a foreign film, etc.
  18. Nah, I don't think I'll get bored of them. As long as a movie is good, I'll watch it. Don't care at all if it's foreign or not.
  19. Agreed, the MLS is a joke. Not sure why he came in the first place.
  20. Can some people list a few good foreign movies? I've watched a couple in the past couple of days (Joyeux Noel and The Death of Mr. Lazarescu) and was wondering what other foreign movies are good. My Hastings has a "Foreign Film" section, so I was wondering what to rent, since I don't know much about foreign movies so I wouldn't know what's good or bad.
  21. I thought it was better than probably all the rest (haven't seen the 5th one). The cinematography and the score were very good, and the movie itself was very well made. A bit better than I expected, but I didn't have high expectations.
  22. ^^^ Well, as much as I want Wade to sign, I think Wade is just looking out for himself. He wants to win, and wants to make sure the Heat are on the same track. So he says he'll stay if we contend, if we don't, then I guess he leaves. Though, I don't get it. Why doesn't he just stay so we can get Bosh next year? I'm sure Bosh wants to play in Miami, and I'm sure Wade would love Bosh pairing up with him.
  23. The difference between The Matrix and Transformers is that the Matrix isn't just about action. It had a good, creative and original story, and also good acting. Not to mention very good direction. And The Matrix did things in its action sequences that many people had not seen done before. The 2nd one was very good as well, and while I liked the third one, it wasn't as good as the others mainly because it kind of dropped off the good story and focused on its action sequences.
