Wall to play limited minutes tonight. Finally!
-
Colts offense looked great on that last drive, their run game is looking good as of late. 150 rush yards in consecutive games.
-
MJD not playing, hopefully we still lose..

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports_magic/2010/12/big-baby-magic-cant-beat-us-in-playoffs.html Fully agree with him here, considering how poorly Dwight played yesterday without Perkins, I don't see this Magic team beating the C's in the playoffs. Boston had a total of 15 assists yesterday compared to their league leading 25APG, you gotta believe Rondo would make a huge impact against Orlando.

I love My Player mode the most, it's pretty challenging. Association mode is pretty hard too, I'm playing on Superstar right now with the Wizards and I'm 0-2 so far..

Dirk Nowitzki: 24.5PPG, 7.6RPG, 2.4APG, 54%FG Amare Stoudemire: 26.4PPG, 9.3RPG, 2.1BPG, 52%FG Who's better right now?

Idk if this has been asked before, but what's your guys' favorite mode on 2k11?

What should we do with Andray Blatche?
AboveLegit replied to JWaLL's topic in Washington Wizards Team Forum
^^Agreed. Our best bet is to go after expirings and draft picks, I don't think we can get talent for talent back in a deal for Dray. With a good crop of forwards in the upcoming draft (whether they actually enter the draft due to the lockout remains to be seen, but we should bank on them doing just that), we should just go after a PF then. I know most of us have our eyes set on another Kentucky freshmen sensation, Terrence Jones, he is a SF, a position that we don't need to focus on entirely. I think we have a good shot at getting a top 5 pick this year since we're the third worst team in the league. With that being said, if we're able to move Blatche out of here, and draft a guy like Sullinger or Perry Jones, we'll be in a GREAT position moving forward. Hopefully Ernie finds a buyer... There are not many options out there though. We could potentially send him to Cleveland, and get Hickson in return (he's currently discontent with him being a role player on that team, and they are searching for viable trade scenarios involving him). While that's a major downgrade in talent, we could try to get one of their draft picks (possibly the Miami 2012 first). What about the Pistons? We could try to trade for Tayshaun's 11 mill expiring deal, although I'm sure there are some contending teams out there trying to get him as well. Idk, again I'm just throwing out random ideas here, one can only hope Ernie gets a deal done before February. I'd love to see guys like Booker, Seraphin, and Yi get as much PT as possible. -

Just wanted to post the news here: Good job Ernie. -
Let's all remind ourselves that we're in December, 30 games into the season..
-
Game has settled down, Boston is finally executing on offense. 12-0 run.

Well I hope you decide to post more, I feel so lonely here.. -_- I'd look into trading him for another forward. Bobcats are trying to trade Gerald Wallace, maybe we could put together an enticing offer for them? Blatche and Thornton or Hinrich? I'm just throwing out random ideas here, but it is realistic. Or maybe we can make a deal that sends Carl Landry to DC and Dray to Sacramento? Either way, I'm really hoping we make a trade before the deadline. -

Where the hell have you been?!!?! I remember during the offseason I kept telling you he will have a good year for us and he should become mature, but it looks like you were right. He's been terrible this season, I don't care what his stats look like (won't bother looking it up either). We got rid of Arenas, and now we have another headcase on our hands. We need to get rid of all the immature, selffish chuckers, I'm getting so tired of seeing Kirk bring the ball up, pass it to Blatche at the three point line, and watch him try to cross his defender up. The end result more than likely is a brick or a turnover. What's worse is during the Chicago game he continued to shoot poorly and make mistakes. He didn't try rectifying his errors, he didn't stop putting up shots, and he continued to stop the flow of the offense. It was just a miserable game for him. We need to ship him out while we can. EDIT: Check this out: http://voices.washingtonpost.com/wizardsinsider/2010/12/andray-blatche-javale-mcgee-re.html#comments Wow... And then there's the good news: http://twitter.com/#!/STEIN_LINE_HQ/status/18498269705412608 -
Don't see Arenas having a good game here, I think the Celtics D will give him a ton of problems. Dwight should have a good game, he's been a beast lately. Celtics should end up on top, 94-80.
-
Great research there B. I think this game will end up much like opening night where Boston jumped out to a huge start and lead the majority of the game. I see Kobe having a very good game as well as Pau, which should lead them to winning.

LeBron's opinion concerning contraction
AboveLegit replied to Real Deal's topic in General NBA Discussion
If anything, I'd be more in favor of the league expanding. The reason why some of these players put up such big numbers is because they're on bad teams. Place them on contenders such as the Lakers or Celtics, and suddenly they look a lot less impressive. Expansion creates more interest in the league. I don't see how that's a bad thing. So what if the majority of the league has no shot of winning a title in a given year? A lot of people (including me) love to support their hometown team. That's where the pride in the city comes in. I haven't witnessed one 50 win season for the Wizards in my life, but I will always support them. Sure there are some markets that have no business in owning a team, but there are a bunch of untapped markets doing fairly well. -
Bynum's history with injury would turn any team off from trading a superstar for him unless he can go the next season or 2 injury-free, gets his game and lift back and develops in which case do you trade a guy like him? Would Ebanks really get enough PT now that they have Artest, Odom, Barnes, and Brown. And two years isn't too far away, I just don't think there's enough time for him to prove himself. In two years I don't Odom being a valuable trade asset that would entice a team like the Magic. Yeah I agree with that, and besides, Dwight does seem like the type of guy who would like to play in LA. Also, I honestly do believe he leaves, I'm almost fully sold on it. This whole situation with Orlando basically overhauling their roster is exactly like the situation in Cleveland last season. Both have major issues still, a ton of question marks, and don't seem like legitimate threats to Boston. http://i868.photobucket.com/albums/ab250/Zac_Sweeney/NBA%20Photoshops/Jersey%20Switches/DwightHowarLakersaaa_final.png Looks legit to me.

I can definitely see it happening, but it's just seems too far fetched. Remember, during those Garnett/Jermaine rumors, Bynum was being looked at as a stud with tons of potential, and Odom was only 28 years old. Odom will be 33 by then. So in all likelihood, the Magic are probably better off just letting Howard walk and use the cap space on others. And it would be pretty difficult to use Bynum as trade bait as they'd have to declare the final year of his contract before the FA period begins (as in, before they're officially allowed to talk to FA's).

Well done, looks great.

Gerald Wallace potentially being dealt...
AboveLegit replied to N.1.A.K.'s topic in Charlotte Hornets Team Forum
They could get into the playoffs with Miller and Jackson in the backcourt along with Diaw, Thomas, and Camby upfront. It also helps them long term by losing the contract of Wallace and Diop. As for Portland, I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. They would need to play more small ball with Wallace as the PF and LMA at C, so it doesn't create a logjam at the 2-3 spots. I guess they are trying to play Roy at point guard to free up minutes at the 2. -
I don't care how bad the Clippers are, he is an absolute lock for ROY.
-
WOW, I didn't see this game, but I just checked the boxscore.. Utah scored 41 points in the fourth en route to a comeback win. I remember checking the score (not sure if it was the third or early fourth), and the Jazz were down by more than 10.. Utah = comeback kings.
-
Lol the boxscores and messed up, the Clippers are in the ball game.

Nets Attendance Better Than Last Year, But Still Worst
AboveLegit replied to Teletopez's topic in Brooklyn Nets Team Forum
You don't consider being in one of the most populated cities in the world a valid reason? You don't have to have a rich basketball history in order to explain why they sell out all these games and are near the top of the attendance rankings year in and year out... the people of NY are crazy about basketball. -
Terrific help D by Garnett, sealed the win for the C's.
