  1. I don't see a significant cut in playing time. He should be getting close to the amount of time he got in Chicago back in 2008 (when he was backing up Salmons, and Gordon). So that's around 26MPG, which is only 7 less minutes than last year.
  2. This. I hardly ever get scared watching these type of movies, but Exorcist was [expletive]ing crazy.
  3. Title is self explanatory... Durant has the perfect opportunity to become a MVP in 2011, hell, I can see him winning two or three in a row with the way the Thunder are built. Thoughts?
  4. It was money well spent. He does so many things on the court. Spot up shooter, solid passer, good basketball IQ, good rebounder, and is a solid defender. IMO, he's the best FA they could possibly have gotten.
  5. Yeah this can't be the most....maybe for the off season though.
  6. LeBron made the smart decision. I can see why the people of Cleveland hate him. He did go out on national television and said he won't be in Cleveland anymore. It's a tough thing to swallow, not only for a basketball franchise, but for their economy. Many businesses will lose money, the franchise itself will lose money (merchandise will be a tough to thing to sell unless some hardcore fan wants to buy a Mo Williams jersey...), and all those restaurants and bars lined up outside the stadium will lose a lot of business. Like I said before though, LeBron did make the right move. Sometimes you gotta look out for yourself and make the right career choice. I hate LeBron to death, I refuse to root for him unless he's playing for Team USA(even then it's tough to root for him), but he made a smart move.
  7. Show some respect to the man who brought life to the organization.... What a [expletive]ing classless owner.
  8. lmaoo nice LBJ banner well done

  9. Yeah I've been waiting a year for this, I cannot wait. From everything I hear, it's supposed to be the film that finally gets Leo an Oscar. I can't wait.
  10. Yeah that's my thinking as well, it surely seems like his recruiting plans for Miami isn't working. Him going to the Knicks is the next best thing. The East dominated the league in the 90s, the West dominated the last decade, I think the power is slowly shifting back East.
  11. Here's some of what they said to him: Chicago is daring LeBron James to play for the Bulls http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/blog/ball_dont_lie/post/Chicago-is-daring-LeBron-James-to-play-for-the-B?urn=nba,253378 Real clever approach to this, it may just sell LBJ into coming to Chicago. But I actually like Cleveland's pitch better, and the fanbase is supporting him greatly with the parades, gathering outside the building, etc. They were telling him how winning a ring in your hometown is the best feeling in the world, and they have a coach who has done exactly that.
  12. Yeah he's like Kirk Hinrich, just not as good.
  13. Yeah Mike is out of the picture now. But I heard you guys may use the rest of your MLE on Raja Bell.
  14. Update: Gilbert Arenas will wear number 9 next season Got it from the Washington Post. Doesn't matter or anything, but just thought I'd post it for the hell of it.
  15. Please no, the Lakers would be so dangerous with Mike Miller coming off the bench. He's such a willing passer, and is very gifted on the offensive end. Very solid defender as well, and loves to rebound the ball. He'd be perfect for the triangle.
  16. Wow, what is Colangelo thinking here? He's trying to rebuild, yet he invests so much into a player that is virtually the same guy as Ed Davis...what's the point? I feel sorry for Raptor fans.
  17. I think it's Bron and Amare going to Chicago with possibly a guy like Mike Miller. Bosh seems to be going to Miami now.
  18. +1 But I guess after the Vince Carter saga a few years back, Toronto fans are used to this.
  19. You still can take him off our hands, he isn't resigning with us.
  20. I'm surprised the Wizards haven't gone after him. I think he'd be better than Yi would be for us to be honest.
  21. Great move, absolutely love it for us. Gives us some insurance just in case Blatche isn't fully healed by the start of the season (can't imagine why he wouldn't, but just saying..) Gives us some depth at the PF spot, and more importantly, gives us another young guy who we can develop. We're not going to be players in FA this year, but Yi has an expiring contract as does Hinrich, so I'd imagine we might end up trading them for a valuable piece in 2011-2012. Love what the front office is doing.
