  1. That belongs to the Redskins my good sir.
  2. I don't know why you're wasting your time Wali.
  3. He's already one of the best passers in the league, and that was with a horrid roster. Now he has real talent to work with. I expect double figures in assists.
  4. Scoring champion - Kevin Durant Rebound leader - Kevin Love Assist - John Wall Blocks - Bismack Biyombo NBA MVP - Lebron James Defensive Player of year - LeBron James Most Improved Player - Jeff Teague Rookie of year - Thomas Robinson
  5. Retweeted. And just a tip, if you're gonna go the Twitter route in order to gain some followers, we should have someone run this account and do more than just post links. With the season coming up, it would be nice to tweet some actual insight. That's what gets followers, not links.
  6. ....uhmmm, Chris Paul was one of the most clutch players in the league last season. I don't know what you were watching. He's always been a great player down the stretch of games, but last year due to the incompetence of Del Negro, he was basically forced to do everything. He stepped it up a notch last year by getting to the line more, which is absolutely huge in the fourth quarter, and with CP3, it's basically an automatic 2 points.
  7. Considering we have just last year to base everything off of, I'd say Kyrie just because of how good he is now. But I'm getting pretty tired seeing people calling Wall a disappointment. It's incredibly stupid and ignorant, at least watch him play on a nightly basis rather than looking at one statistic. I have no problem saying his jump shot is substandard, but please look at the full body of work before making these snap judgments
  8. Melvin Ingram already showing how good he is.
  9. haha Great debut for RG3, as good as advertised.
  10. This should help make his stay in Brooklyn worthwhile: http://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Strip+Club&find_loc=Brooklyn,+NY
  11. All three have higher true shooting percentages than Westbrook... All three are better off pick and roll, and all three have better pull up games. You're severely overrating Westbrook right now, I don't think you realize how inconsistent he is.... You watched him the entire postseason? Then why did his FG% drop from the regular season to postseason? And just to dive into some stats, here's Westbrook against the aforementioned PG's: Westbrook from 10-15ft: 37.7% 16-23ft: 43% Kyrie from 10-15: 41% 16-23: 38% Nash from 10-15: 50% 16-23: 54% Curry from 10-15: 31% 16-23: 59% Chris Paul from 10-15: 44% 16-23: 44% And I'm not sure what you were watching, but Russell's shooting percentages plummeted during the last two months of the season. Which coincidentally, is why Harden took on a larger role in the high pick and roll offense.
  12. Not over James Harden or Manu Ginobili. And I'd probably take a healthy Eric Gordon over him as well.
  13. Westbrook is far from automatic lol... And no, he's not one of the best jumpshooters in the league. I'd take Chris Paul, Steve Nash, Stephen Curry, And Kyrie Irving over him without hesitating.. and that's just PG's.
  14. Mike Vick has played a full season just once his entire career. Losing Peters was huge for them as well, not only to help protect Vick, but he was a major factor in their run game. And to say the Giants are the only competition in that division is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone knows the NFC East is always wide open.
  15. I know Iguodala is now considered a SG, but last year he did play SF, and I'd take him over Rudy Gay pretty easily.
  16. Basing it off last year. 1. Love 2. Dirk 3. Griffin 4. Aldridge 5. Garnett Kevin Love is the clear cut best PF in the game, and I say this with 100% confidence. Easily the best scorer and rebounder of the bunch, is a willing passer, and if this summer was any indication of what's to come, he will improve as a defender... not that he's the awful defender people make him about to be. He has his athletic limitations, but he still moves his feet very well for a big man, he has improved as a pick and roll defender, and understands when to contest shots and when to stay back for rebounds. Love isn't a great defender by any means, but I wouldn't place Blake Griffin or Dirk over him by any means (although Dirk has also improved in that facet of the game). Dirk and Love (and maybe Bosh) to me are the only PF's that you can run your offense through without running into many problems. Dallas was such a flawed team last year in terms of shot creators, getting out on the break, and grabbing rebounds, yet Dirk still managed to stay effective, particularly in the fourth quarter. I was also impressed by Dirk's defense last year without Chandler protecting the rim. I also think people are trying too hard to hate on Blake, and with that, he's viewed as a talent-less dunking machine. Sure he doesn't have a polished post game, but he still finds a way to score with his back to the basket. He was basically double teamed every game last year, you don't receive that kind of defensive attention while not having any talent. He's also a willing passer, which is important for a big man. His defense is my biggest concern with him, but his production still puts him in the top 3. I love everything about Aldridge's game sans defensive rebounding. That's really my only knock on him.. Other than that, he's an improved shooter out of the paint, has become a better passer out of the double team, and is a very good defender due to his length and basketball IQ. I have to keep Garnett on this list because of his defense and overall impact on the floor. I can't remember the last time the Celtics posted a better +/- with KG off the floor, it's just not fathomable. He's still in my eyes the second best defender in the league after Dwight Howard. Not to mention his resurgence on the offensive end of the floor late in the season, I have to put him over the likes of Gasol and Bosh.
  17. Need some quality backups, willing to trade anyone not named Ray Rice.
  18. Based on talent alone.. Jordan Shaq LeBron Duncan Magic Bird
  19. C - Shaquille O'Neal | Dikembe Mutombo PF - Charles Barkley | Kevin Garnett SF - Larry Bird | Paul Pierce SG - Michael Jordan | Kobe Bryant PG - Gary Payton | Isiah Thomas Love RD's list, except I'd replace Artest with Paul Pierce and Van Exel with Zeke. I think Kobe and Reggie Miller are neck and neck. It's that close. I just looked up some of the quotes from these players, and they're hilarious. Larry Bird: "As far as playing, I didn't care who guarded me-red, yellow, black. I just didn't want a white guy guarding me, because it's disrespect to my game." Gary Payton: "You won't even be in the league next year." -to NBA scrub Jamie Feick (Feick actually lasted two more years) Isiah Thomas: “[Magic Johnson and Larry Bird are] 6-(feet)-9 and Jordan was 6-6 and a half. If they were all 6-1, it wouldn't even be a question. They wouldn't even [expletive]ing rate. If they were all my size, shit, they wouldn't even be talked about. I beat the shit out of them when they were that big. If we were all the same size, [expletive].”
  20. Never said it was impressive, but Wall wasn't even wearing shorts, nor was he even trying. He is. Agreed. If they exerted as much energy as Wall displayed in the video, I doubt it. Kobe is a top 10 player ever, what he does is completely irrelevant to Wall.
