  1. Conley takes what he can get. He isn't very big or strong, so going inside is hard for him because he gets so banged up. People don't realize he's about 6'1 with a light frame so he settles for jumpers.
  2. I kinda agree, but I think Conley doesn't have Lin's guts, Conley seems to just help out his teammates.
  3. Lin wasn't very good at taking responsibility. For example, he was cleared to play I believe for New York in the playoffs and I don't believe he did. However, if he did, I'm pretty sure it was later then it could have been.
  4. Waiting for 2K to update the Suns court so I can start my association.
  5. Noticed it in the pre-season game. Luis Scola popped out towards the perimeter and hit an open three. If he can implement that into his game, how much will it help the Suns?
  6. Kobe will retire whenever he realizes he can't win a ring in Los Angeles. Could be now, could be five years from now. I could see Kobe ring chasing on his own team for years to come. Kobe is not built for longevity to be frank with you, his body is torn up and he has seen his fair share of injuries. If Kobe was to stick around the Lakers for awhile, he'd defiantly be on the bench. That's if he doesn't pull a Memphis Iverson and get all defensive about being a role-player. Kobe has had an amazing career though. A fringe top ten ever player, hell you can even debate he deserved another MVP. Could he have had another MVP? Maybe in 05-06, but he was unlucky that Nash did so well holding the depleted Suns together that year, not in the other season's though. It's a shame he'll have to live with Jordan comparisons for the rest of his career, because Kobe is unlike any NBA player ever.
  7. Wall has failed to developed a consistent jumper, but he has all the athletic talent in the world. Irving however, has developed a jumper, has better court vision, can takeover came and is very fast.
  8. The inactivity isn't anyone's fault at all. It isn't even the posters fault. The issue with the forum is that forums in themselves are dying. Most people nowadays are content with a two sentenced post on Twitter, Facebook , etc. Forums in general are way less popular than they used to be. Internet culture has changed a lot in the past few years. It will fluctuate soon, don't worry, when the season starts we'll get a SLIGHT activity boost. Oh, and maybe people who forgot about the site would benefit from a mass e-mail being spread out. Worth a shot.
  9. Before Frye was diagnosed with an enlarged heart I would have said Phoenix. Even without Frye, we've got depth. Having Shannon Brown, Wesley Johnson, Morris, Jermaine O'Neal (in shape with the German surgery) and rookie Kendall Marshall I think we are pretty set. Nonetheless, I'd say the deepest team in the league is the Los Angeles Clippers - Grant Hill, Billups, Crawford, Odom...they look real good. Real good. They have a TON of what-if's though, will Grant Hill bgin to show his age? Will Crawford be as horrendous as he was in Portland?
  10. Luis Scola will have to fill the void for Channing Frye, and oddly enough I think Frye is hard to really replace.
  11. It wasn't really a serious point. Just food for thought.
  12. So what happens when he retires? That's the one flaw in the plan. Don't put your team logo as the Lakers, cause you aren't a Laker fan, you're a Nash fan.
  13. Kanye West "Graduation" was a beast album

  14. When a newcomer sees people spamming a Chatbox and not commenting on the actual boards then that certainly gives the wrong idea.
  15. What about that time Tim Thomas hit that big three?
  16. Who says LeBron wont pull a Dirk and slack off thinking, "[expletive] it, I got my ring" and be a total asshat next season?
  17. Man, what the [expletive]? That's just.. I don't know, man. It just don't sit right with me. Fake ass Laker fan, fake ass Suns fan, embarrassing. http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lqnzibQm1D1qkajnt.gif
  18. Man, that's just dumb. You never got attached to Phoenix after he here for what, 7 years?
  19. System doesn't work that well for Lin, still is turnover prone and since teams know how to defend him he'll be ass offensively.
  20. Not a fan. Makes basketball jerseys absolutely unfashionable. Watch NBA jerseys sales go down, and they rethink this idea later on after a few years.
  21. - Miami will repeat. - Lin will underachieve. - Allen will be ass. - Rashard Lewis will be better then expected. - Suns make 8th seed. - Dragicsanity.
