well only since the restart, but I don't usually pay attention to stuff that isn't related to basketball. I just want guys to not only be active, but try and post some quality, not just everything that is on the wiretap. giving them a cool little title would probably be enough. this was more designed for the new members, but I figured an MVP thing would be pretty cool too.

we should have an award every 3 months or something to the best new member... could encourage activity among new members. mvp member every 3 months would be cool too, we just need an award that owuld be enough to have people actually want, I don't mean cash, but maybe like a different coloured name or where it says OTRSTAFF for some people have it say MVP or ROTY or something. not sure how it'd be decided... maybe RD would nominate 5 guys and we vote... or RD just picks... or maybe this is just a bad idea overall lol.

Can you clarify what you mean by offensive gap? The guy shot the 3rd highest percentage of his career last year, grabbed 10 boards and was the best player on a team that won 50 last year with TP out almost half the season. Duncan isn't a top 5 player by any means, or even dominant anymore, but is definitely still an elite PF in the NBA. He is off to a pretty good start this year too it looks like.

Garnett is way too inconsistent offensively to be considered in the top tier of PF's still.

Bosh shoots a shade 50% for his career. Considering his best teammate was TJ Ford, I wouldn't be scoffing at his percentages, not to mention he sticks 80% of his free throws. And in their first 3 games, Bosh hasn't been spoonfed anything. He should be, but he just seems content just kind of being 'there'.

12.5 is a bargain price.

11 turnovers in 2 games. Hasn't shot 50% yet. I think it's safe to say he is missing Nash, just check his PTI interview. It is really weird he himself can admit something that you refuse to.

If Amare can top Bosh's stats from last year on the Knicks, then I will admit they are in the same league. Until Amare can drop 24 and 11 on 51% without arguably the best offensive PG in the league, he will be behind Bosh. And Bosh is a way better rebounder, and a marginally better defender, than Amare. All Amare has on Bosh is explosiveness. Bosh took his game to a whole new level last year, maybe he will regress after his new contract. But what he was doing last year was the only thing stopping us from being last in the East before he got hurt.

Bosh is criminally underrated as a defender. He obviously isn't lockdown, but he is an average, potentially above average, defender, especially playing on a top team that will actually expect him to have defensive responsibility.
