Pritchard went on a nice run assembling a lot of young talent, but he has been unable to get this team over the hump, the Andre Miller signing was pretty suspect, they should have spent their time developing guys like Bayless rather than signing vets to make a playoff run, when realistically their ceiling would be the 2nd round. You probably aren't saying Pritchard right now if you signed Hedo to that 5/50 he had agreed to.

That Pau deal is still horrible to this day, gave the Lakers a God damn dynasty for a role player.

Not even close, his trade this off-season to kick it off was horrible, not to mention the drafting of Alexander in such a deep draft was pathetic as well, not to mention they drafted Yi when he didn't want to go there, which was a HUGE gamble.... that team is not very well managed at all, in my opinion.

One well constructed team (even though that team was pretty badly constructed honestly) doesn't make you a good GM, he is so overrated by Heat fans it is ridiculous, they would trust him with their first born child for [expletive] sakes. How long has he been in charge for? How many good seasons have they had?

Pat Riley is nowhere near the best GM in the NBA. It doesn't take any sort of skill to gut a roster and not put a good roster together for 3 years in anticipation for a single free agency period. Give me Spurs GM, whoever that is.

I wrote my weight down (even though my goal isn't really to lose weight) but I didn't do the body fat test since I had no way of doing it.... I'm just trying to get more cut, not lose weight, I wrote it down anyways though.

Just finished this workout, I can already tell it is going to be one of my favourites... I mainly used resistance bands today mainly because I couldn't even lift my hands above my head in the warm up because I was still so sore from Monday/Tuesday, but they were still rough... I really liked all the things you do in this workout, anything that I had to do over the head was really hard today though. I had a glass of chocolate milk and a peanut butter sandwich after the workout lol, [expletive] buying all that fancy protein [expletive]. My muscles are going to be aching badly by tonight, I dind't think I was going to be able do today's thing, when during the warm-ups I couldn't even lift my arms up. 3 days in and this [expletive] is already taking a major toll, I'm loving it.

Hopefully he is gone by tomorrow night.
