  1. The Blair Witch Project scared the [expletive] out of me for some reason. I think with the shaky camera and improvised speaking styles of the actors, it all just seemed so real. I saw it when I was like 13 though.
  2. Yeah, and the CAPs look much more detailed. I'm looking forward to making myself eligible for the NBA draft, but this time actually looking like a human unlike the past CAPs. Though I find it hilarious how people on the 2k forums were rebelling about having to pay 5 bucks for this feature haha... you can find that kind of money in your couch cushions.
  3. It's been rumored that they might end up starting Deshawn just because he is a veteran and our best defensive guard. He'll throw fit if he's getting very low minutes per game. He barely doesn't mind coming off the bench, let alone becoming almost a bench warmer. He's definitely tradable. I would definitely trade Deshawn for Vujacic. if you watch, Vujacic plays amazing on-ball defense. He's extremely pesky and makes ball handlers frustrated. Plus he can shoot just as well, if not better than Deshawn.
  4. http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/sports/nba2k10draftcombine/images.html Looks really nice. I like how they added even more signature style categories.
  5. It's definitely not as exciting to get new games nowadays, but that probably comes with age. The only games that actually entertain me right now are NBA 2k9, Gears of War 2, and Soul Calibur IV. I'm not even really excited for any upcoming game except NBA 2k10, and even that I'm not too psyched over.
  6. I've hit 100 about 4 times ever, all on the same long but almost always deserted road. I love my car.
  7. I hope we trade his cocky [expletive]. I'm tired of his attitude and hie's doing more damage than good on our team. We have a crowded backcourt as it is, so if we're going to trade anyone, it should be him. Not allowed to avoid the filter. -Andre
  8. Well all I can say is that you haven't lived yet. They're burgers from God.
  9. He's a tenacious and tough rebounder, and is a very smart flopper. For a guy who's only going to be playing at most 10 minutes per game, that's all we need.
  10. I just tried and nothing happened to me. Lol sucks for you guys, I'm sure it'll get fixed soon.
  11. HAHAHAHAHA that looks hilarious.
  12. Haha I feel you man, I wanted to break my school records too. I was .12 off of the 100 and .06 from the 200.... I was so mad at how "so close but so far" I was from snagging the record time. The only records I got through high school was our 4x100 and 4x200 relay. After 4 years of 8 seasons of ridiculous training and dieting, I just don't think I have it in me to do it again in college. It's a huge commitment, and to budget time between track, school, homework, and potentially a part time job, I just don't think I can handle it.
  13. No shocker there, he mentioned before that he would love to have returned to the Spurs but it was highly unlikely that they would be willing to bring them back.
  14. What's wrong with Oberto? He was clearly one of the best available big men willing to sign for the veteran's minimum in the entire free agency. He has a ton of playoff experience, as well as championship experience. With his winning attitude on the team, despite not being a major impact, he can definitely rub off on the other players on our roster.
  15. Foye isn't going to start, so obviously his numbers will drop. Nick Young has a lot to prove this upcoming season. He is fighting for minutes against all of our other backup guards, plus Mike Miller. None of the young guys are going to put up extraordinary numbers this season, but we have to look for who is going to be making the most productivity for their earned minutes.
  16. Exactly. I should have mentioned that in my post. There are several aspects of Durant's game that are keeping him from being superstar franchise player material. -Perimeter/Post defense -Body strength and size -Ball handling ability Durant will obviously be a star and a consistent all star throughout his career, but he just can't be put in the category of the true elite young players which include Lebron, Wade, and Paul (and maybe Dwight).
  17. Damn man that's really good. I was a 100 and 200 guy, but not as fast as you. I ran a 22.68 on the 200 and 11.12 on the 100. Never really worked on the 400, it was just too long lol. UT is a ridiculous track school. I saw them at Penn Relays this year and they and Tennessee were dominating every event.
  18. How can that be real lol. There just "happens" to be a camera filming a daily argument between Marbury and his sister...
  19. You realize 2k has had this since 2k8 right? The only thing 2k really needs to make their presentation perfect is celebrations and emotion for game winners. If a guy hits a game winning shot, that player should be going crazy and their teammates should be jumping all over them, plus the crowd should go bezerk (but take out the stupid whistling crowd noise).
  20. He might be in a bad mood and refuse to take pictures again just like at Mo's basketball camp. Lol I'm jk that's actually awesome. I'm sore from having my neck and back cracked by a chiropractor. Anybody ever had chiropractic therapy? Painful but helpful [expletive] right there.
  21. Looks good. Looking forward to the team skins. I see 2 have already been added.
  22. What are some of your times? I was a big track runner in high school and I'm still wondering if I should do it for my college (George Mason). The coach said I am guaranteed a spot on the team if I'm up for it, but I just don't think I can offer that much commitment to the sport. It's something I have to ponder over for the rest of the summer.
  23. You mean gasoline. I can't imagine how much TV you have to watch before fictional "power-ups" become perceived as attainably real.
  24. I love Durant and hate Lebron, but this comparison shouldn't even be close. Lebron is far better than Durant and I'll be surprised if Durant ever reaches the level that Lebron is at currently, and he isn't even near peaking yet.
