The PS3 version was recently patched and the 360 version will get the patch later this week. However... On the 2k boards, people are absolutely furious with 2k. The patch has apparently ruined the game in so many ways there isn't enough room here to list all of the problems. While it did fix the extremely minor issues like the ref holding the ball for too long before you shoot a free throw, as well as minor gameplay bugs, it has added MANY freezing glitches and such. Some people can't even play the game after the patch because it freezes at the main menu. Also, all big men have become shooting guards seemingly and now shoot 2-5 three pointers per game, EVEN if you simulate a game in season/association mode. My Player mode has not been fixed at all, and your game will still crash/freeze/get deleted if you get to a certain point in the playoffs. When you pass to players on the corners, almost 80% of the time their foot is stepping on the line and they get called for out of bounds. The turnover stat will be going up significantly for everyone due partially to this. If you somehow make it passed the main menu and go to online mode, "retrieving crews" will load forever for most users, so you can't play. Substitutions occasionally freeze the game as well, causing you to restart your console. In season mode, random players' names will change out of no where. (ex: Etan Thomas to Etan Lopez... wtf?) Finding a game online is EXTREMELY difficult, and good luck playing with a friend, because that won't happen. These are just a few issues, there are many more according to the PS3 users on the 2k forums. 2k fails again.

A 2.0 is an average of a C in all classes, so between 74% and 79% approximately. A miserable fail would be a 0.0 lol. 4.0: A 3.7: A- 3.5: B+ 3.0: B 2.7: B- 2.5: C+ 2.0: C 1.7: C- 1.5:D+ 1.0: D 0-0.9: F That's the grading scale at my school.

Ah, good call on Webster. Forgot all about him.

Actually some jobs require a high school transcript which includes your GPA. It's not too common but there are definitely a good amount of employers who request it.

How bad would we be without Kobe?
JWaLL replied to The Regime's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Lol, I think he's referring to Kobe's injury that he got in the 3rd quarter tonight. Assuming he has to sit out a few games, and with Pau still not back, it's not looking too good for you guys. With your top 2 go-to guys not on the floor, your scoring options are very limited. -
Wizards and Bulls are near the top of Rockets' wish list
JWaLL replied to Dash's topic in General NBA Discussion
Well the author of that article suggested adding Foye and Miller, I don't think Grunfeld (our GM) is dumb enough to do that. Although it'll be tough to find salary fillers with the Rockets stating that they don't want Mike James in the deal. -
Both teams suck, but we sucked worse tonight.

Hahaha poor Curry has to hide out in his 5'9 teammate's room.

I've had it with Andray. The word "potential" shouldn't even be used in the same sentence with him anymore with the amount of time he's spent in the league. After 5 years, he should be playing like a veteran by now, regardless of age. Each year he looks like a confused rookie. Now Nick, Dom, and JaVale on the other hand, have decent ceilings to become great players in this league and I have plenty of faith in them.

He just posts with a complete lack of knowledge of any sport, especially the NBA. If we're trying to move forward as a knowledgeable active sports forum, people like him are going to hold that goal back. Someone as active as him should at least know about the sport that our site is based off of. All he does is post stupid comparisons and bases his own opinion off of the majority opinion. That's why it bothered me, but I'm just gonna ignore him now.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4819051 I gotta say, a lot of people rag on Flip for not being a good coach, but I'm liking the sound of his ambitions. He's been too lenient with the young guys and now it's time to whip their focus into shape.

Caron AND Miller AND Foye? If our front office has any common sense, they wont do that. -
I really hope we aren't the team that ends the Pistons' losing streak.
-
Wrong topic bro, this game is on Wednesday.
-
Damn that was sick.
-
True that lol, my bad.
-
We'll take him.
-
I guess, it's hard though lol because when people quote him I still see the post haha. Oh well.

Zach is a consistent 20 point 10 rebound player who has really stepped his game up this year, yet he's never been an all star with those numbers. Usually wherever he goes, the team usually doesn't do very well. However, he's helped carry the Grizzlies to a .500 record in the competitive West this year and is no longer playing like the "ball stopping team cancer" that he usually is.

I think the Jazz are likely to fall below the luxury line following this season. With Boozer undoubtedly leaving the team to test free agency, along with plenty of other expiring role players, I'm positive they'll be in a much more comfortable financial position. With T-Mac expiring, the Rockets are definitely a no-brainer as far as teams who will no longer be over the luxury tax. However, I think you should put the Wizards into that list. With the high chance of Gilbert's contract being voided, our team's desire to trade Caron and Antawn for expirings, AND with our many upcoming free agents in which most will not be resigned in order to make salary space, I can see us not only going under the luxury line, but becoming a player in the 2010 free agency and having more than enough money to sign a max contract player in addition to another semi-star player.

This ignore feature is so pointless, I ignored B-Marsh but it still shows up in topics when he posts which bumps the thread in the Active Content feature, and if he makes his own pointless topic I can still see it. There's gotta be a way to completely remove him from my sight.

More Clutch: Ben Gordon vs Mario Chalmers
JWaLL replied to B-Marsh>R-Moss's topic in Player Comparisons
Gordon by about... 100 miles. Maybe even more. -
Did the Warriors have any timeouts left? That was a bizarre finish to the game and Monta didn't seem to be in any rush when he was bringing the ball up with 4 seconds left.
