  1. Words can't describe how pissed I'd be if that were me.
  2. Hopefully he's alright and doesn't let this affect his game too much.
  3. I'm so pumped for this one! I went all in with my CS balance for the Bucks +5. Not saying I don't think we can win, I just think it will be close either way.
  4. I have a suggestion that I'm sure many of the members will hate but I feel it would help new members fit in a bit more. How about eliminating individual post count being shown in threads? Maybe they could still be available on the user's page but just not in threads. That would in a way make everyone "equal" when posting and people wouldn't feel like they had little impact on the site due to their post count. Just a thought.
  5. I think Packers will cover the -12 when all is said and done. Tied 7-7 right now.
  6. Hopefully Hakeem Nicks can put up some solid fantasy numbers for me. :glasses:
  7. Stafford and Johnson are both playing hurt... I wouldn't expect either to be very productive. I don't think Stafford will get through the entire game either with his separated shoulder.
  8. Yeah... although Gadz hasn't been playing great in Bogut's absence I think we need to start giving him more opportunities. Right now we're totally ignoring the portion that Bogut contributed. You can't do that. When injuries occur you need to fill that void, not ignore it and pretend it's not even there. That's going to kill us if we continue doing that in hopes that Jennings, Ilyasova, Warrick, etc will out-shoot the other team.
  9. I agree. This game could definitely turn into a shootout. I wouldn't be surprised to see both teams go over 100 points if not more in this one.
  10. I'm going to leave everyone with this thought for today... The Bucks are 7-2 without Redd The Bucks are 1-3 with Redd Regardless of how tough/easy our schedule has been and which of those games Redd has played in, I think it's time to shop him around a bit. Jennings and Bogut have both proven that they can be long time starters and even all stars in this league. Redd is past his time and our offense doesn't flow with him in it. I'd like to see us trade for a handful of picks in this years draft or some young talent with huge potential. Either way, Redd needs to be on his way out of Milwaukee.
  11. I know. And we really need Bogut back. I don't like him all that much, but without him we have no big man. This sucks...
  12. Bucks up 47-39 at the half. Ridnour has really added a spark of the bench contributing 9 points, 6 assists, and 6 rebounds. New Orleans is shooting below 30% so we should really have a much larger lead. They're a pretty good team so I hope we can hold onto this lead and walk out with a win following our tough loss to the Spurs the other night.
  13. Ilyasova looks like he could be a nice option down the stretch. In the few games we've played this season he seems to be shooting better in each one.
  14. My new background, thank you.
  15. I'm probably in the minority here but I think Redd hurts our chances. We were winning without him and I think we could continue to do so. Redd out opened up 15-25 more shots for everyone else to share. I think Bogut's absence will hurt us a lot more. We're missing a big man to grab boards on both ends of the floor as well as to penetrate the lane to score the easy buckets as well as open up shooting lanes in the backcourt.
  16. I have one hooked up to a large monitor. I'm honestly thinking about going back to a laptop. The keyboard is so small it makes it tough to type large things at once and the screen (if you don't hook it up to a larger monitor) is also very small. Also, netbooks can run slower on certain sites with a lot going on. For example... this site runs a little bit slower than on my other computer. My guess is it's because so many graphics and what not need to be processed through this tiny, little machine. If I were you I'd almost rather just stick with the laptop.
