I feel like him possibly not playing next year shouldn't affect your thoughts on the pick. The Raptors won't be competing next season regardless. With that said, I like the pick.

I feel like the Cavs didn't want to wait around for Valanciunas for a year. What's really the difference when you're that bad. Just suck for another year, get another lotto pick, and have them join together. Doesn't make much of a difference and really shouldn't affect the teams that are in the lottery.

The NBA Draft is one of my favorite sporting "events" of the year. I'm weird, I know.

I feel like we need to get rid of at least one of Maggette, Gooden, Salmons in order for this offseason to be considered a success. We really got ourself into a jam with our spending last year and now it'll take some moves and time to fix those. This could be a good start if done correctly.
