  1. Nope, just use the good ol' cell phone. Works just as good as any watch.
  2. I think he deserves to be in the game. So does Monta but I'm not going to lose sleep over it.
  3. The people that were taking me, they had different seats from last year, so no, I didn't get to see them.
  4. It makes him look badass. He needs to get a Pau Gasol beard!
  5. I've got 50 bucks on this game (lunch every day for 2 weeks, a $5 foot long from Subway) that I made with my boss. And when the Saints got the interception...I couldn't stop cheering! F*** ya baby!
  6. Being at the game was great. Sure, it would of been awesome to see Roy and Kobe go against each other. I was really looking forward to seeing Kobe play (I've seen Roy play) but oh well. Even though we lost, I had a blast at the game.
  7. He'll get his time, probably a lot more next season. I was really pissed that we left Manu THAT open...
  8. I haven't really followed the Clipps or anything but they just weren't cutting it at all with him as the coach, especially with all the talent on that team.
  9. A great win for Portland tonight. Very close game and I enjoyed the come back win. It was much needed.
  10. I will be at this game. I'll be in really really good seats (my boss said I'd be right behind Brandon Roy's parents, but we'll see) and before the game, I'll be going to a really expensive steak house for dinner. All expenses paid. My boss hooked me up. One of the Conway reps here invited my boss but he said I could go instead, so I'm looking forward to it.
  11. I've heard that Roy might be back tonight, if not, for sure for Saturday's game. Either way, we'll beat San Antonio.
  12. Too bad for the Hornets. Billups will replace him, Stern loves Billups.
  13. I always knew Zach was good and I felt he should of made the All-Star team back when he was with Portland when he was putting up about 20/10 but it's good to see he's found a good home in Memphis and he's improved his game more, lost some weight, and is actually making an effort on the defensive end. I think him making the All-Star team was well deserved.
  14. Hah, good catch. I was excited and was typing fast. Dre turned it on though, couldn't be stopped. Even at one point having Marion on him in which Miller made a hook shot that bounced around on the rim about 2-3 times before going in to tie the game at 112 each. Right when overtime started, Portland won the tip and Miller shot a three with confidence sinking it. Then after Portland got the ball back (I believe after Dallas scored), Miller took a jumper about a foot inside the three point line as that went in. The guy was amazing. When I saw that he broke his previous record by scoring 38, I knew he was going for at least 42 points...I was just off by 10 points, .
  15. He tore s*** up tonight!! During the post game interview, "You just scored the 2nd most posts in franchise history along with Roy" and he says "Yeah that's nice, I just wanted the win". The guy is so modest. His previous career high was 37 points set about 5 years ago or so...52 points for Miller, holy crap!
  16. So far, we're playing pretty decent right now and have the lead. Hopefully we can keep it.
  17. Remember when JR Smith wanted to start going by Earl Smith JR III or something like that? Yeah, didn't work out so well. People still call him JR and people will always call him JR. I will always call Glen Davis 'Big Baby'. There is no shedding that nickname. Ever.
  18. Looks awesome man. I like it a lot. Webster has been playing out of his mind lately and all of Portland is loving it.
  19. I would really like to know where the Blazers would be if we hadn't been raped with injuries.
  20. I've only been here...less than a year, so I don't have very many memories of the place. But congrats on getting to 5 years. Very nicely done.
  21. According to our Blazer radio station, both Bayless and Batum will be playing tonight but Blake will get the start.
  22. I read this on ESPN and when I saw he actually said he feared for his life...I laughed. I laughed so hard that I had to show my boss who also laughed. First of all, if you feared for your life, if you truly feared for your life...why the hell would you bring an UNLOADED gun if you seriously thought your life was in danger? An UNLOADED gun, he was scared because Gilbert had THREE UNLOADED guns. This guy (Crittenton) is an idiot. I couldn't believe that when he said that.
  23. It was awesome seeing him miss a free throw...And then seeing him miss another one! Pure awesome. Just wish LaMarcus would of made his.
