avg notifies it to. i use firefox with abp and avg. when i google somethin they have certain logo beside it letting me know, green check is safe, yellow exclamation might have viruses and red well u get the picture. also if i go on a site that might have a virus avg blocks it. i go to atdhe.fm all time neva had a problem.
