You act like a 75.7 QB rating is terrible. 60 and below is bad. He's ultimately just an average QB with his arm.

I think the Browns should start Quinn. Just because a majority of the fans want to see him start. I wouldn't trade either right now, let Quinn start with DA ready to come off the bench if anything were to happen. Then analyze at seasons end, and make a decision. They could both end up raising their stock, and then you go ahead and trade which ever you feel is more expendable to the club.
